Exhibition stand builder in Paris

A company that has decided on a fair in Paris usually comes to us with two worries: the French organiser's technical file and getting the stand there. Both are ours to solve. We draw the stand in Istanbul, produce it in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, truck it to France and build it in the hall with our own crew. The correspondence with the organiser is ours; you keep talking to us in whatever language you prefer.

What we do at Paris fairs

Whichever venue in Paris you are booked into, the routine is the same: brief, three-dimensional concept, written budget, design approval, technical file, workshop production, trial assembly, freight, build-up, handover and dismantling. Rules on stand height, the share of closed walls and the fire class of materials vary from one Paris fair to the next; we read them at the technical file stage and draw the stand to fit. Graphics and print come from our workshop, and the furniture and lighting travel with the stand.

We do not yet have a published project page from Paris. For our work in Europe, see the İba Kimya stand at PaintExpo 2024 in Karlsruhe and the Ağaoğlu Silah stand at IWA 2025 in Nuremberg. Freight, customs and build-up for Paris follow the same order as those jobs; only the organiser's file is different. The France page describes how we work across the country.

Freight, customs and local support

Temporary export from Turkey to France runs on an ATA Carnet. We issue it, we follow the exit from Turkey and the entry into France, and the dismantled stand returns on the same carnet after the fair. The truck leaves Beylikdüzü one week before the fair, with its arrival planned around the delivery slot of your hall. If you want your products on the same truck we add the list to the carnet. Everything we do outside Turkey is on the international stand page, and the freight steps are written out on the exhibition logistics page.

Which stand type for Paris

  • Custom timber build: dimensions drawn for your brand, uninterrupted surfaces, workshop production; 2–5 days of build-up in the hall.
  • Maxima system: printed panels on an aluminium grid, built in 1–3 days; our first suggestion for Paris fairs that allow few build-up days.
  • Modular stand: for small plots and jobs that need to come off the truck and go up quickly.

Send the fair name and dates, your floor area and the number of open sides through the quote form; within 48 hours you receive a free first concept and a written budget in three options.

For installations abroad, freight, ATA Carnet and customs are handled by Akros; the stand is produced in the Istanbul workshop and shipped to the hall.

Frequently asked

When should a stand for Paris be ordered?
At least eight weeks before the fair for a custom timber stand, four weeks for a maxima system stand; for builds abroad we add a week for freight and customs.
What determines the price?
Floor area, stand type, number of open sides, height, fittings and venue rules. The quote lists the scope item by item; we take a brief before quoting.
What does French customs require for the stand?
An ATA Carnet with the parts list entered on it. We prepare both; there is no document for you to arrange. If your products travel on the same truck you send us the product list and we add it to the carnet.
When should the stand leave for Paris?
Road freight leaves the workshop one week before the fair; that margin covers customs and the hall delivery slots. For a comfortable schedule the design starts 8 weeks before the fair; if you come to us later we first tell you what can still be done, then run an accelerated programme.
Who fills in the French organiser's technical file?
We do. The stand plan, height approval, electricity order and the fire-class declaration for materials go to the organiser right after design sign-off. Production does not start until the approval is in.
Who builds and dismantles the stand in the hall?
Our own crew, the same people who produce the stand in Beylikdüzü. We walk the stand with you the day before opening and hand it over in writing; at the close we dismantle it as well.
