When a company exhibiting in Dubai or Abu Dhabi comes to us, we produce the stand in Istanbul and build it on site. For most products travelling from Turkey to the Gulf that is the same arrangement as a European fair, except that a container or an aircraft replaces the lorry. Our own crew builds and dismantles, we run the approval file with the hall management, and you are not left alone with a subcontractor in a hot and distant hall.

What we do at fairs in the United Arab Emirates

At Dubai World Trade Centre we are quoting for three fairs: Gulfood Manufacturing on 3–5 November 2026, Big 5 Global on 23–26 November 2026, and Middle East Energy on the energy side. In Abu Dhabi, VIV MEA at ADNEC runs on 23–25 November 2027. The stands we have built in these sectors stand in other halls: for construction, the 153 square metre maxima stand for GMS at bauma 2025 in Munich; for energy, the 110 square metre timber stand for Solinved at SolarEX 2025 in Istanbul; for livestock, the 40 square metre stand for Atlas Yem at AGROS Expo 2024 in Moscow. Design and production happen in Beylikdüzü; the trial assembly and lighting test are finished in the workshop, then the stand is packed and shipped. In the Dubai and Abu Dhabi halls the build and the dismantling are our crew’s job.

Freight, customs and local support

Shipments to the Gulf go by sea in a container or by air; we choose whichever the calendar allows and write the shipping date into the contract. We issue the ATA Carnet for temporary import and follow customs at the Turkish exit and the Emirates entry; the stand returns on the same carnet after the fair. We submit the stand design to the organiser for approval before the build; the height, structural and electrical file is prepared in the organiser’s format and the approval is chased by us. Which stand type

Because packed volume matters on a long shipment, the maxima system is our first suggestion: 12–200 square metres, compact in a container, 1–3 build days in the hall. For companies that want an uninterrupted brand surface or have taken more than 100 square metres we build custom timber, 2–5 build days. If the plot is open on two or three sides we draw an island or corner layout for it as well and show it alongside.
