Intertraffic Istanbul exhibition stands
The product of a company coming to Intertraffic Istanbul is something that normally stands in the street: a signal pole, a lamp group, a barrier, a camera, a variable message sign. Getting those onto a stand at full size and in working order is more work than drawing the stand itself. We plan the structure, the anchoring and the power for it, produce the stand in our workshop in Beylikdüzü and build it in the hall with our own crew.
What we do for you at Intertraffic Istanbul
We take your floor area and product list and draw a three-dimensional concept; after approval we send the technical file to the hall management and open the power request. Walls, plinths and the meeting area are produced in the workshop and go through a trial assembly. Graphics and print are ours; the specification tables that public sector buyers read are printed large enough to be read standing.
A free-standing signal pole has to be fixed to the floor of the stand. Because the hall floor cannot be drilled, we draw either a weighted base or an anchor into the stand's own raised floor. The power line for flashing lamp groups is tested before opening. Municipal and agency delegations visit this fair, so the closed meeting room matters in the plan; the presentation screen and seating go on the side not visible from the aisle.
Stands we have built at this fair
In 2022 we built the 96 square metre custom timber stand for Tandem at CNR Expo Istanbul; at this fair we favour a custom timber build for heavy product anchoring and uninterrupted surfaces. Which stand type
- Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, built in 2–5 days; for heavy product anchoring, a closed room and a form drawn for the brand; the Tandem stand was this type.
- Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, 1–3 days; when a product wall and a meeting table are enough on a smaller plot.
- Island and corner stands: on open plots above 36 square metres, to make the pole and the barrier visible from all sides.
How we work
The fair is held every two years; once the dates are announced they appear in our trade fair calendar. A comfortable programme starts 8 weeks before the fair with the brief, concept and budget; design approval and technical file at 6 weeks, workshop production and print files at 4 weeks, trial assembly and lighting test in the workshop at 1 week. Build in the hall during fair week, a walk-through the day before opening, dismantling at the close. Put your floor area, the number of open sides and the list of heavy products into the quote form; we reply within 48 hours and the first concept is free.

- Have you built at Intertraffic Istanbul before?
- Yes; 1 of our stands are listed on this page. Each project states the year, floor area and stand type; we know the hall rules and build hours from that work.
- What should we send for a quote?
- The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.
- Can you erect a full-size signal pole on the stand?
- Yes. As the hall floor cannot be drilled, the pole is anchored to a weighted base or to the stand's own raised floor. Give us the height and weight of the pole at quote stage and we draw the structure for it.
- Is there enough power for flashing lamps and screens?
- We show the power need on the plan and open the request with the hall management. Lamp groups and screens are switched on and tested together on the last build day, before the show opens.
- Is there a height limit for the stand?
- Height needs approval from the hall management; we prepare the technical file and obtain the approval. If you plan to show a tall pole, we start the approval process early.
- Do you build closed meeting rooms for official delegations?
- We do; on stands of this kind the room gets a presentation screen and seating. The room goes on the side hidden from the aisle and gets a lockable door.
