When should a stand for Turkcoat / paintistanbul 2027 be ordered?

Starting by 29 September 2027 for a custom timber stand, or around 27 October 2027 for a maxima system stand, gives a comfortable schedule. For later starts we first tell you what can still be done.

What should we send for a quote?

The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.

How do you build the colour card wall?

In timber, with recesses cut to the card size, so that cards can be changed during the fair. The lighting uses shadow-free fittings with a fixed colour temperature, and we test it with your own samples at the trial assembly.

Can we demonstrate paint application on the stand?

That depends on the hall management's rules; we handle the technical file correspondence and the required precautions. A demonstration corner gets washable flooring, ventilation and a power line in the plan from the start.

Who builds the stand at CNR Expo?

Our own crew. The stand goes through a trial assembly in Beylikdüzü and travels to CNR from there. We walk it together the day before opening, hand it over with a written guarantee and dismantle it at the close.

Is there any point in talking now about the next edition?

Yes. Once we know your floor area and number of open sides we draw the first concept and hold it; you update the product list as the date approaches and we open the technical file then. The first concept is free, so talking early costs you nothing.

Turkcoat / paintistanbul exhibition stands

If the colour is wrong on a paint stand, nothing else matters. When we draw for Turkcoat the first decision is the light: sample panels go under shadow-free lighting close to daylight, against a neutral background. The fair runs every two years, which gives a comfortable lead time; we know CNR Expo from the three stands we built there in 2025.

What we do for you at Turkcoat

We draw the stand, produce it in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it at CNR Expo with our own crew and take it down at the close. The technical file for the hall management, the electricity and rigging applications, the graphics and the print are ours.

On a coatings producer's stand the product is a surface. We produce the colour card wall with recesses cut to the card size and run a hanging rail for painted sample panels, so that panels can be swapped during the fair. If you are on the raw material side, sample bottles go onto backlit shelves. If you plan a live application demonstration, we ask the hall management about washable flooring and ventilation at the start. We keep the meeting table close to the sample wall, so that a visitor can reach out and touch a panel mid-conversation.

We do not yet have a published Turkcoat project on the site. Which stand type

Custom timber build: when the colour wall should sit on a seamless surface at the brand's own proportions; produced in the workshop, built in 2–5 days.
Maxima system: for small plots and short lead times; printed panels on an aluminium grid with timber card recesses added, built in 1–3 days.
Island and corner stands: colour wall on the open side, meeting corner at the back.

Timeline for the 2027 edition

The next fair runs 24–26 November 2027. We start 8 weeks out on 29 September 2027 with the brief, the 3D visual and the budget; design approval and technical file by 13 October; workshop production and print files by 27 October; trial assembly and lighting test in the workshop on 17 November; build at CNR in fair week and the handover walk on 23 November. Join the lighting test at the trial assembly with your own colour samples; how a panel reads under the light is decided there, not in the hall.
