Hardware trade fair stands
A dealer on a hardware stand wants to pick the tool up, feel its weight and hear the drill run. We build the stand for that: a perforated or slotted product wall that hangs the tools in series, a solid demo bench in front where the machine is switched on, and a seated meeting area at the side where the dealer agreement is discussed. Hundreds of products should all be visible without the stand looking like a warehouse rack; that balance is our job.
What we do for you at hardware fairs
We draw the stand, produce it in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it with our own crew and take it down afterwards. Graphics and print are ours. The technical file for the hall and, for fairs abroad, the freight, ATA Carnet and customs are ours as well; your power and compressed air needs go into that technical file.
Hardware is heavy and sharp. The product wall is drawn from the load: we ask at the start how many kilograms of tools will hang on each metre of wall and reinforce the structure with steel accordingly. The demo bench gets a wear-resistant top with the power and cable duct recessed underneath. A drawer cabinet for screws and anchors, retail shelving for packaged product and a floor plinth for larger machines all find their place in the same plan. The colour of your packaging matters as much as the packaging itself, so we carry it across the stand surface in one piece.
Which fairs we work at
In Turkey the hardware and hand tool fairs take place in Istanbul, in the halls of Tüyap and CNR Expo; our Istanbul page explains how we build at both. For fairs in Germany our Aachen office supports on site. Which stand type for a hardware stand
- Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days; the product wall hangs on the aluminium profile, and for heavy ranges we tighten the profile spacing.
- Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, built in 2–5 days; an uninterrupted product wall, a recessed demo bench and dimensions drawn for your brand.
- Island and corner stands: 36–800 square metres, built in 3–6 days; the demo bench faces the aisle and pulls the crowd into the stand.
How we work
Send the fair name and dates, your floor area and the number of open sides; we reply within 48 hours. The first concept is free, with a 3D visual; the written budget has three options, scope listed item by item. For a timber build, starting 8 weeks before the fair is comfortable: design approval at 6 weeks, workshop production at 4, trial assembly and lighting test at 1. The quote form opens here.

Frequently asked
- Can you hang heavy tools and machines on the wall?
- Yes. The wall is steel-reinforced for the load per metre we calculate with you; larger machines go on a floor plinth rather than the wall. Send the product list with weights and the first concept is drawn to carry them.
- Can we run drills and saws on the stand?
- You can. The demo bench is produced with a wear-resistant top and a recessed power duct. Rules on noise and dust differ from fair to fair; we clear them in the technical file before the build.
- Who builds and dismantles the stand?
- Our own crew. The stand has a trial assembly in the workshop before it travels. After the fair we dismantle it; you pack your products and leave.
- What should we send for a quote?
- The fair name and dates, the floor area, the number of open sides, a floor plan if available, the list of product groups you will show and the weight of the heavy items. If there will be demonstrations, tell us which machines will run; the power rating goes into the technical file.
