Metal Processing trade fair stands

General view of the Öz Metal stand at the fair 2023 in Hanover: a 36 sqm maxima system build.

The visitor on a metal processing stand wants to pick up the machined part and look at its surface, and to see the machine running. We build the stand for that: a lit display wall that shows sample parts in series, an open area with a calculated floor load for the machine, and a closed meeting room at the back where a technical drawing can be opened. Polished metal glares under ceiling light, so the displays are lit with directed spots.

What we do for you at metal processing fairs

We draw the stand, produce it in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it with our own crew and take it down afterwards. Graphics and print are ours. The technical file for the hall and, for fairs abroad, the freight, ATA Carnet and customs are ours as well; power, compressed air and floor load details go into that technical file.

If a machine is shown, the build sequence is floor and plinth first, then the machine, then the walls; we write the entry day into the build schedule and settle the entry slot with the hall through the technical file. A steel-reinforced hanging wall for heavy samples, a drawer cabinet for small parts and a rotating plinth for a part shown in section all sit in the same plan. Rules on swarf and noise from a running machine differ from fair to fair; we settle them in the technical file beforehand.

Which fairs we work at

In Germany, EuroBLECH runs from 20 to 23 October 2026 at Deutsche Messe Hanover; HANNOVER MESSE from 5 to 8 April 2027 at the same venue. At HANNOVER MESSE 2023 we built the 36 square metre maxima stand for Öz Metal; our stands for Genç Bombe 2025 and Tekno Vals 2022 were built at the same venue. At German fairs our Aachen office supports on site. In Turkey, ANKIROS runs from 22 to 24 October 2026 at CNR Expo Istanbul and MAKTEK Eurasia from 28 September to 3 October 2026 in Istanbul.

Which stand type for a metal processing stand

  • Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days; all three of our Hanover stands were this type; it shortens the build abroad, so it is our first suggestion.
  • Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, built in 2–5 days; for stands that want a machine platform, a closed room and uninterrupted surfaces.
  • Island and corner stands: 36–800 square metres, built in 3–6 days; the machine goes into the centre and can be approached from four sides.

How we work

Send the fair name and dates, your floor area and the number of open sides, and the weight of the machine if there is one. We reply within 48 hours; the first concept is free, with a 3D visual. The written budget has three options, scope listed item by item. For Hanover we like to start 8 weeks ahead because freight and customs add to the schedule. The quote form opens here.

Frequently asked

Can we run the machine on the stand?
You can. We calculate the power rating and the compressed air requirement from the machine list and declare them to the hall management in the technical file. Swarf and noise rules are asked for in the technical file beforehand, and a guard panel is drawn where needed.
Can you hang heavy sample parts?
Yes. The hanging wall is steel-reinforced for the load per metre we calculate, and very heavy parts go on a floor plinth. Send the parts list with weights and the structure is drawn accordingly in the first concept.
How do we get the machine and the stand to Hanover?
We run the freight, ATA Carnet and customs; the stand and the machine can travel in separate vehicles and we arrange the order in which they enter the hall. Our own crew builds the stand; our Aachen office supports on the German side. Our exhibition logistics page explains the arrangement.
What should we send for a quote?
The fair name and dates, the floor area, the number of open sides, a floor plan if available, and the list of machines and samples to be shown with their weights. If a machine will be shown running, say so.
