wire & Tube Düsseldorf exhibition stands

General view of the Saes stand at the fair 2024 in Düsseldorf: a 25 sqm maxima system build.

The buyer who walks onto your stand at wire & Tube reads the tube from its section, the wire from its drum and the profile from the sample on the wall. We build the stand for that: a reinforced wall and floor for heavy samples, lit niches for section samples, safe circulation around a machine if there is one, a closed meeting room at the back. We know this fair; in 2024 we built the 25 square metre maxima stand for Saes at Messe Düsseldorf.

What we do for you at wire & Tube

We draw the stand in Beylikdüzü and send a three-dimensional visual for approval. Production is in our own workshop: the sample wall, the drum stand and the closed room are made there and load-tested with real weight at the trial assembly. Then the lorry: freight, the ATA Carnet and customs are ours, and your tube and wire samples can travel on the same lorry as the stand. We handle the technical file, the power order and the floor load declaration with Messe Düsseldorf. Our Aachen office is close to Düsseldorf and on site during fair week. Our own crew builds the stand and dismantles it on the evening of 7 April.

Our Dusseldorf page explains how we operate in the city; the pipes and tubes page lists our work in the sector.

Stands we have built at this fair and in this sector

The Saes 2024 Düsseldorf exhibition stand: a 25 square metre maxima, produced in Beylikdüzü and built at Messe Düsseldorf by our own crew. In the same sector in Istanbul, the Mazlum Boru 2024 Istanbul exhibition stand, a 36 square metre maxima at wire Eurasia. Also in Düsseldorf, the Alfa Metal ALUMINIUM 2025 Düsseldorf exhibition stand, a 96 square metre maxima.

Which stand type for wire & Tube

  • Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days; all three of our jobs in this sector were this type, with the sample wall fixed to the grid through a reinforced panel.
  • Custom timber build: reinforced floor for heavy drums, seamless surfaces, closed room; 20–500 square metres, 2–5 build days.
  • Island and corner stands: the machine or the large sample goes in the centre, visible from four sides; 36–800 square metres, 3–6 days.

Schedule

The fair runs 3–7 April 2028. A comfortable programme: brief, first concept and budget on 7 February; design approval and technical file on 21 February; workshop production and print on 6 March; trial assembly, lighting test and dispatch on 27 March. Build in the hall during fair week, handover walk on 2 April, dismantling on the evening of 7 April. Because the fair comes round every two years and the large stands fill the build window early, we suggest starting the conversation towards the end of 2027. Write the fair name and your floor area into the quote form; we reply within 48 hours.

Frequently asked

When and where is wire & Tube Düsseldorf 2028?
wire & Tube Düsseldorf 2028 takes place 3–7 April 2028 at Messe Düsseldorf (Dusseldorf). Dates come from the organiser’s official site; this page is updated if they change.
When should a stand for wire & Tube Düsseldorf 2028 be ordered?
Starting by 7 February 2028 for a custom timber stand, or around 6 March 2028 for a maxima system stand, gives a comfortable schedule. For later starts we first tell you what can still be done.
Have you built at wire & Tube Düsseldorf before?
Yes; 1 of our stands are listed on this page. Each project states the year, floor area and stand type; we know the hall rules and build hours from that work.
What should we send for a quote?
The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.
Can you place a heavy tube bundle or a wire drum on the stand?
Yes. We ask for the weight of the sample, file the floor load declaration with Messe Düsseldorf ourselves and draw a reinforced platform underneath. The forklift slot is arranged with the hall by us, and the floor is completed once the sample is in position.
Do you take our samples to Düsseldorf?
We do. Samples travel on the same lorry as the stand on one ATA Carnet and we run the customs process. After the fair they return on the same document, or we hand them to your dealer in Germany.
Our machine will run on the stand. Who handles the power connection?
We declare the power rating in the technical file and place the connection point next to the machine on the plan. The hall's authorised contractor makes the connection; we prepare the cable ducts.
How many days does the build take?
A maxima 1–3 days, a timber build 2–5 days, an island stand 3–6 days. Our own crew builds and follows the hall's build hours; the handover walk is done with you the day before opening.
