MEDICA exhibition stands

General view of the Alfa Metal stand at Aluminium 2024 in Istanbul: a 60 sqm custom timber build.

The distributor or hospital buyer who walks onto your stand at MEDICA wants to see the device working, hold the consumable and then talk prices in a closed room. We build the stand for that: wipeable white surfaces, a powered demonstration counter for the device, a product wall and a room at the back where you can shut the door and sit down. We travel from Beylikdüzü to Messe Düsseldorf; our Aachen office is close to Düsseldorf and on site during fair week.

What we do for you at MEDICA

We draw the stand in Beylikdüzü and send a three-dimensional visual for approval. Production is in our own workshop: display cases, the device counter and the closed room are made there and go through a trial assembly. Then the lorry: freight, the ATA Carnet and customs are ours, and your devices and samples can travel on the same lorry as the stand. We handle the technical file and the power order with Messe Düsseldorf and follow the hall rules as written. Our own crew builds the stand and dismantles it on the evening of 19 November.

If several companies exhibit together at MEDICA we draw a shared pavilion: each company with its own frontage, a shared meeting area and kitchen in the middle. Our medical page lists our work in the sector; the Dusseldorf page explains how we operate in the city.

Stands we have built in Düsseldorf

We know Messe Düsseldorf. The Saes 2024 Düsseldorf exhibition stand, a 25 square metre maxima at wire & Tube; the Alfa Metal ALUMINIUM 2025 Düsseldorf exhibition stand, a 96 square metre maxima; the Eksen Al ALUMINIUM 2025 Düsseldorf exhibition stand, 42 square metres. All three were produced in Beylikdüzü, went to Düsseldorf by lorry and were built by our own crew. For stands built around device demonstration, the Trex 2024 Istanbul exhibition stand is a 42 square metre maxima at CNR Expo.

Which stand type for MEDICA

  • Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days; all three of our Düsseldorf jobs were this type, and white panels with clean joints suit a medical stand.
  • Custom timber build: seamless white surfaces, recessed display cases, closed room; 20–500 square metres, 2–5 build days.
  • Country pavilion: a pavilion with shared areas for companies exhibiting together; above 100 square metres, 4–10 build days.

Schedule

The fair runs 16–19 November 2026. A comfortable programme: brief, first concept and budget on 21 September; design approval and technical file on 5 October; workshop production and print on 19 October; trial assembly, lighting test and dispatch on 9 November. Build in the hall during fair week, handover walk on 15 November, dismantling on the evening of 19 November. If you write now the comfortable schedule still holds; for later starts we set up an accelerated programme with a maxima build. The quote form is here and we reply within 48 hours.

Frequently asked

When and where is MEDICA 2026?
MEDICA 2026 takes place 16–19 November 2026 at Messe Düsseldorf (Dusseldorf). Dates come from the organiser’s official site; this page is updated if they change.
When should a stand for MEDICA 2026 be ordered?
Starting by 21 September 2026 for a custom timber stand, or around 19 October 2026 for a maxima system stand, gives a comfortable schedule. For later starts we first tell you what can still be done.
What should we send for a quote?
The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.
Can we show a medical device working on the stand?
Yes. We ask for the power rating and dimensions of the device, build the counter accordingly and place the power point next to it. The order goes to Messe Düsseldorf from us; the hall's authorised contractor makes the connection.
Do the surfaces meet hygiene expectations?
We use wipeable, matt white surfaces; case glass and counters are in materials that can be cleaned throughout the fair. Consumable samples go into closed display cases.
Do you take our consumables and samples to Düsseldorf?
We do. Samples travel on the same lorry as the stand on one ATA Carnet and we run the customs process. Unsold samples return on the same document after the fair.
Is there on-site support in Germany?
There is. Our Aachen office is in Düsseldorf during fair week; German correspondence with the hall management and last-minute needs such as extra power or furniture are handled from there.
How many days does the build take?
A maxima 1–3 days, a timber build 2–5 days, a pavilion 4–10 days. Our own crew builds, and the handover walk is done with you the day before opening.
