What we do for you at MEDICA

We draw the stand in Beylikdüzü and send a three-dimensional visual for approval. Production is in our own workshop: display cases, the device counter and the closed room are made there and go through a trial assembly. Then the lorry: freight, the ATA Carnet and customs are ours, and your devices and samples can travel on the same lorry as the stand. We handle the technical file and the power order with Messe Düsseldorf and follow the hall rules as written. Our own crew builds the stand and dismantles it on the evening of 19 November.

If several companies exhibit together at MEDICA we draw a shared pavilion: each company with its own frontage, a shared meeting area and kitchen in the middle. Our medical page lists our work in the sector; the Dusseldorf page explains how we operate in the city.

Stands we have built in Düsseldorf

We know Messe Düsseldorf. The Saes 2024 Düsseldorf exhibition stand, a 25 square metre maxima at wire & Tube; the Alfa Metal ALUMINIUM 2025 Düsseldorf exhibition stand, a 96 square metre maxima; the Eksen Al ALUMINIUM 2025 Düsseldorf exhibition stand, 42 square metres. All three were produced in Beylikdüzü, went to Düsseldorf by lorry and were built by our own crew. For stands built around device demonstration, the Trex 2024 Istanbul exhibition stand is a 42 square metre maxima at CNR Expo.

Which stand type for MEDICA

• Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days; all three of our Düsseldorf jobs were this type, and white panels with clean joints suit a medical stand.
• Custom timber build: seamless white surfaces, recessed display cases, closed room; 20–500 square metres, 2–5 build days.
• Country pavilion: a pavilion with shared areas for companies exhibiting together; above 100 square metres, 4–10 build days.

Schedule

The fair runs 16–19 November 2026. A comfortable programme: brief, first concept and budget on 21 September; design approval and technical file on 5 October; workshop production and print on 19 October; trial assembly, lighting test and dispatch on 9 November. Build in the hall during fair week, handover walk on 15 November, dismantling on the evening of 19 November. Messe Düsseldorf rules

Messe Düsseldorf’s technical manual asks for the stand approval drawing, the electrical load declaration and fire certificates weeks before the fair. The height limit varies by hall; anything above the standard limit and any second deck needs separate approval. Sides facing a neighbour are closed with white backs.

Rigging only through the organiser’s contracted supplier with a structural calculation; the power line likewise from the contracted supplier. B1 flame-retardant certificates are mandatory for carpet, fabric and timber; uncertified material is not admitted. No screws into the floor; carpet is fixed with double-sided tape.

Stand layout for medical products

The MEDICA visitor is a physician, a hospital purchasing manager or a distributor; they know the product and come with a specific question. Three things come forward on the stand: a locked, well-lit showcase (for small, valuable devices), hygienic, easy-to-clean surfaces (white laminate, glass, metal) and a closed meeting area shielded from noise; distributor talks are not held in the aisle.

Large devices are shown running in a trial area; electrical load and floor weight go into the declaration. On the graphic surface, certification and the product family must read at a glance; technical detail stays in the catalogue.

As construction type, a system stand (maxima) suits MEDICA’s short build window; for brand differentiation the facade is completed with timber cladding. Which type fits is compared on the stand types page.

The calendar from Türkiye to Düsseldorf

Counting back from the 16 November opening: the design freezes by 21 September, production starts in early October, the stand is assembled and checked in the workshop and shipped at the end of October, received in Aachen in the first week of November and enters Düsseldorf in the build window. Customs via ATA Carnet, freight by truck in three to four days.

Our Aachen office is an hour from Düsseldorf: ramp slots, correspondence with the organiser in German, local supply for a missing item and on-site support throughout the build run from there. Dismantling starts on the evening of 19 November and ends the same night.
