Gaziantep is one of the longest domestic roads from our workshop, so on Gaziantep jobs the stand is always assembled once before it leaves and every part is numbered. Nothing meets for the first time in the hall. We produce the stand in Beylikdüzü, bring it to Gaziantep by truck, build it with our own crew and dismantle it when the fair closes. We work with food, carpet and textile, and machinery companies.
What we do at Gaziantep fairs
The fair name, dates, floor area and number of open sides come in; within 48 hours we send the first concept as a three-dimensional visual. After approval we submit the technical file to the organiser, produce in the workshop and handle graphics and print. The hall's height limit, rigging rule and build hours arrive with the organiser's file; we read the file, draw the stand to match and obtain the approval.
For food companies a tasting counter, sockets for refrigeration and a water connection go into the plan from the start. In carpet and textile the product itself becomes the wall; the structure that carries the carpet and the position of the product laid on the floor are drawn in the first step of the design. For machinery companies the floor load and the machine's entry sequence into the hall are planned. Freight from Istanbul and the build schedule
A comfortable programme starts 8 weeks before the fair: design approval and technical file at 6 weeks, workshop production and print files at 4 weeks, trial assembly and shipping at 1 week. For Gaziantep the freight day is added to the schedule separately, and the build crew travels with the truck. - When should a stand for Gaziantep be ordered?

- What happens if a part is damaged on the road?
- Every part is numbered and we keep the graphic files ready for reprint. The build crew brings repair materials with it, and since handover comes with a written guarantee, the problem is ours to solve; you find the stand ready at opening.
