Exhibition stand builders in Moscow

General view of the Atlas Yem stand at the fair 2024 in Moscow: a 40 sqm custom timber build.

For a company taking a stand to Moscow the biggest question is not the stand itself but how the stand and the products cross the border. We have built two timber stands at Crocus Expo: 48 square metres for Ales in 2023 and 40 square metres for Atlas Yem at AGROS Expo 2024. Both were produced and trial-assembled in our Beylikdüzü workshop, the freight and customs paperwork were ours, and our own crew built and dismantled them. The client arrived in Moscow and found the stand ready the day before opening.

What we do at Moscow fairs

Crocus Expo Center is the venue we work in. The calendar has AGROS Expo 20–22 January 2027; for livestock and feed companies we repeat the workflow of the Atlas Yem stand. For construction machinery and construction companies the 48 square metre timber stand for Ales is the reference. Both are on the projects page with photographs; the industry pages are livestock and construction machinery.

The workflow is this: the fair name, floor area and number of open sides come in, and within 48 hours we send the first concept as a three-dimensional visual. After approval we submit the technical file to the hall management, produce the stand in the workshop and assemble it once with a lighting test before it ships. Graphics and print are ours; you send the Russian copy and we approve the proof together.

Freight, customs and local support

We arrange the freight from Turkey to Russia and the customs paperwork; both are separate lines in the quote and their lead times go into the schedule. Your products can travel with the stand; we prepare the invoice and packing list together, and the details are on the exhibition logistics page. The build crew is our own team from Istanbul, and we follow Crocus Expo's vehicle access and build hours from the organiser's file. What the scope does and does not include is listed item by item on the international exhibition stand page.

Which stand type for Moscow

  • Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, 2–5 days to build in the hall. Both of our Moscow stands are this type: an uninterrupted surface and a solid floor for heavy products.
  • Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, 1–3 days to build. The small freight volume makes it the usual choice over long distances; we recommend it when the calendar is tight.
  • Island and corner stands: from 36 square metres, 3–6 days to build; for open plots where a machine is shown from several sides.

What determines the price

Our quote lists the scope item by item; we take a brief before quoting, because two stands of the same size can differ a lot.

  • Floor area and the number of open sides
  • Stand type: custom timber or maxima system
  • Height, suspended ceiling and rigging needs
  • Fittings such as lighting, screens and furniture
  • Venue rules and build hours
  • Freight distance and customs

Logistics note

For installations abroad, freight, ATA Carnet and customs are handled by Akros; the stand is produced in the Istanbul workshop and shipped to the hall.

Frequently asked

Do you build at the fair venues in Moscow?
Yes: Crocus Expo Center. Hall rules vary by fair; we submit the technical file to the organiser.
When should a stand for Moscow be ordered?
At least eight weeks before the fair for a custom timber stand, four weeks for a maxima system stand; for builds abroad we add a week for freight and customs.
What determines the price?
Floor area, stand type, number of open sides, height, fittings and venue rules. The quote lists the scope item by item; we take a brief before quoting.
Can we get a quote for the upcoming fairs in Moscow?
Yes. The link next to each fair in the calendar opens a quote form with the fair name and dates already filled in; add the floor area and stand type and send it.
How long do freight and customs into Russia take, and when should we start?
We put the lead time into the quote against the fair date; freight and customs days are added on top of the standard 8-week programme. For AGROS Expo in January, starting in the autumn gives a comfortable schedule. Send the fair name and your floor area through the quote form; the first concept is free.
What happens if our products are held at customs?
We prepare the stand's paperwork and fill in the invoice and packing list for your products together with you, so that both consignments travel on matching documents. Correspondence with the haulier is ours; you supply the product list.
Who builds the stand?
Our own crew travels from Istanbul, builds the stand, walks it with you at handover and dismantles it when the fair closes. Handover comes with a written guarantee.
Can the stand graphics be in Russian?
Yes. We prepare the graphic files, you send the Russian copy, and you approve the proof before print. For product names and technical data we also produce bilingual panels.
Do you work with exhibitors from outside Turkey for Moscow?
Yes. The stand is produced in Istanbul, the freight and paperwork into Russia are ours, and you have one contact in English from the first drawing to the dismantling.
