Construction Machinery trade fair stands
On a construction machinery stand the product is measured in tonnes, and the visitor wants to walk up to the machine and climb into the cab. We build the stand around the machine: an open display area with a calculated floor load, a step or platform for access to the cab, a wall of attachments and spare parts for larger machines, and a closed room at the back for the sales conversation. The machine enters by forklift or on its own wheels, so the open side and the parking spot are drawn on the floor plan on day one.
What we do for you at construction machinery fairs
We draw the stand, produce it in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it with our own crew and take it down afterwards. Graphics and print are ours. The technical file for the hall and, for fairs abroad, the freight, ATA Carnet and customs are ours as well; the machine weight, its entry day and the power and compressed air needs go into that technical file.
On a machinery stand the build sequence decides everything: floor and plinth first, then the machine, then the walls close around it; we write the machine's entry day into the build schedule. Attachments, buckets and spare parts go on a steel-reinforced hanging wall, controls and electronics into a working screen niche. For a machine in the open-air area, canopy and floor covering are drawn separately.
Which fairs we work at
In Germany, the next bauma Munich runs from 3 to 9 April 2028; in 2025 we built the 153 square metre maxima stand for GMS there; at German fairs our Aachen office supports on site. In Russia we built a 48 square metre timber stand for Ales at Crocus Expo Moscow in 2023; our Moscow page explains the freight and customs arrangement. Which stand type for a construction machinery stand
- Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, built in 2–5 days; the machine platform, the closed room and free dimensions come out of this type; the Ales stand was built this way.
- Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days; the 153 square metre GMS stand at bauma was this type; our choice for closing a large area quickly.
- Island and corner stands: 36–800 square metres, built in 3–6 days; the machine goes into the centre and can be approached from four sides.
How we work
Send us the fair name and dates, your floor area, the number of open sides and the weight of the machine; we reply within 48 hours. The first concept is free, with a 3D visual; the written budget has three options, scope listed item by item. For a machinery stand we like to start 8 weeks before the fair, because the technical file correspondence with the hall about the machine takes time. The quote form opens here.

Frequently asked
- Who brings the machine onto the stand, and will the floor carry it?
- We settle the floor load limit and the machine entry slot with the hall management through the technical file and add load-spreading steel plates where needed. The machine parks under the supervision of our crew and the stand is closed around it afterwards.
- Can visitors climb onto the machine?
- That is what the step or platform at the cab entrance is for; railing and non-slip surface follow the hall rules, cleared in the technical file beforehand.
- How do we get the machine and the stand to Moscow or Munich?
- We run the freight, ATA Carnet and customs; the stand and the machine can travel in separate vehicles and we arrange the order in which they enter the hall. Our exhibition logistics page explains the arrangement abroad.
- What should we send for a quote?
- The fair name and dates, the floor area, the number of open sides, a floor plan if available, and the list of machines to be shown with their weights and dimensions. If a machine will be shown running, say so; the power and compressed air needs go into the technical file accordingly.
