When should a stand for AGROS Expo 2027 be ordered?

Starting by 25 November 2026 for a custom timber stand, or around 23 December 2026 for a maxima system stand, gives a comfortable schedule. For later starts we first tell you what can still be done.

What should we send for a quote?

The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.

How does Russian customs work for stand material?

The stand and your samples travel on temporary import documents and we run the entry and exit process. Feed and veterinary samples may need separate paperwork, so we ask for the list early.

Is winter freight a problem?

We know the January road, so the lorry leaves a week early and we track the border crossing. The stand reaches Crocus Expo before build day; as a precaution the graphic files are prepared so they can be reprinted in Moscow.

Does the build crew come from Turkey?

Yes. The crew that assembled the stand in the workshop builds it in Moscow as well. Visas and entry formalities go into the schedule from the start; we follow the hall's build hours as written.

Can you print the graphics in Russian?

We can. You supply the texts, we prepare the print files and print in Beylikdüzü; the graphics travel with the stand on the lorry. The Cyrillic typesetting is checked together at the trial assembly.

What happens to the stand and samples after the fair?

Our crew dismantles the stand on the evening of 22 January. Samples return on the same temporary import document, or we hand them to your distributor in Moscow; the customs file is closed by us.

AGROS Expo exhibition stands

A feed or equipment manufacturer heading to AGROS Expo works with one contact when they come to us: we draw the stand, produce it in Beylikdüzü, take it to Moscow, build it at Crocus Expo Center and dismantle it when the fair closes. We know this fair; in 2024 we built the stand for Atlas Yem here. For a job travelling to Moscow in January we plan the schedule around winter roads and customs.

What we do for you at AGROS Expo

The design comes to you as a three-dimensional visual: a jar wall for feed samples, a platform for equipment, a closed meeting room at the back. Production is in our own workshop; before the stand leaves it is assembled once in the workshop, with lighting and graphics checked in place. Then the lorry: freight, temporary import documents and Russian customs are ours. We handle the technical file and the power order with Crocus Expo and follow the hall rules as written. Our own crew builds the stand and dismantles it on the evening of 22 January.

Stands we have built at this fair

The Atlas Yem 2024 Moscow exhibition stand: a 40 square metre timber build, produced in Beylikdüzü and built at Crocus Expo by our own crew. A year earlier at the same venue, the Ales 2023 Moscow exhibition stand, a 48 square metre timber build for a construction machinery company. Both jobs show that our freight, customs and build routine for Moscow has been tested. In the same sector we also work at EuroTier in Hanover and VIV MEA in Abu Dhabi.

Which stand type for AGROS Expo

Custom timber build: both of our Moscow jobs were this type; seamless surfaces, closed room, 20–500 square metres, 2–5 build days in the hall.
Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days; for tight schedules and for stands that need to take little space on the lorry.
Island and corner stands: on plots with two or three open sides we turn the sample wall to the aisle; 36–800 square metres, 3–6 days.

Schedule

The fair runs 20–22 January 2027. A comfortable programme: brief, first concept and budget on 25 November; design approval and technical file on 9 December; workshop production and print on 23 December; trial assembly and dispatch on 13 January. Build in the hall during fair week, handover walk on 19 January, dismantling on the evening of 22 January. Because the year-end holidays and winter roads fall in between, we prefer to send the lorry before 13 January; that is fixed together in the first conversation.
