Who builds the stand in Moscow?

Our own crew. As on every job, the stand is assembled once in the workshop, taken apart, and built again in Moscow. We are in the hall for two to five days on a timber stand, and after handover we dismantle it as well.

Can you take a heavy machine onto the stand?

Yes. We ask for the machine's dimensions and weight when quoting and draw the floor and structure to match. Bringing the machine into the hall depends on the organiser's loading schedule, and we follow that slot.

What should we send for a quote?

The fair name and dates, your floor area, the number of open sides, the hall plan if you have it and a list of the products or machines you will show. Send it through the quote form; we reply within 48 hours, the first concept is free and the written budget comes in three options.

Exhibition stand builder at Crocus Expo Center

We have taken two timber stands to Crocus Expo: 48 square metres for the construction machinery manufacturer Ales in 2023, and 40 square metres for the feed producer Atlas Yem at AGROS Expo in 2024. As on every job, the stand is produced in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, trial-assembled there, shipped to Moscow and built in the hall by our own crew. The real work of taking a stand to Russia is not in the hall but on the way: customs paperwork, shipping time and correspondence with the venue. We run all three; you arrive in Moscow with your products and your team.

Building in the Crocus Expo halls: what we have learned

The Ales 2023 Moscow exhibition stand was a 48 square metre timber build; with a product as heavy as construction machinery, the floor and the structure are drawn around the machine weight. The Atlas Yem 2024 Moscow exhibition stand was 40 square metres, also timber, for a feed producer. Pictures of both are on our construction machinery and livestock pages.

A timber stand takes two to five days in the hall. Because the parts arrive numbered and the surfaces arrive finished, the work on site is assembly, lighting and graphics. We walk the stand together the day before opening, and we dismantle it at the close.

We do not guess the Crocus Expo hall rules. Height limits, rigging permits and power orders change from fair to fair; we send the technical file to the organiser and the venue and do not start workshop production before written approval is back. The correspondence with the venue is ours as well.

Fairs at this venue

AGROS Expo, 20–22 January 2027. Livestock, feed and agricultural technology; our Atlas Yem stand comes from this fair. Which stand type

Both of our Moscow jobs were timber, because both had heavy products and free dimensions:

Custom timber build: uninterrupted surfaces, dimensions drawn for your brand, a reinforced floor for heavy samples; two to five days in the hall.
Maxima system: aluminium grid and printed panels, less shipping volume, one to three days in the hall; our suggestion when the calendar is tight.
Island stand: if you are putting the machine in the middle and showing it from four sides.
