Livestock trade fair stands

General view of the Atlas Yem stand at the fair 2024 in Moscow: a 40 sqm custom timber build.

The farm owner or distributor who comes onto a livestock stand wants to take the feed in hand, look closely at the equipment and then sit down and talk figures. We build the stand for that: loose sample bins and a lit product wall for feed and additives, a plinth with a calculated floor load for heavy equipment, and a closed table at the back for distributor meetings. Conversations run long at these fairs, so the seating goes into the quietest corner.

What we do for you at livestock fairs

We draw the stand, produce it in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it with our own crew and take it down afterwards. Graphics and print are ours. The technical file for the hall, the electricity and water applications and, for fairs abroad, the freight, ATA Carnet and customs are ours as well. You bring the samples and your sales team; we walk the stand together the day before opening.

Feed samples are shown loose, so the sample wall has lidded compartments to keep dust and smell off the stand when a bin is opened. Retail shelving for packaged product and a lockable glass case for animal health products are separate. Milking and feeding equipment enters by forklift; the plinth and the entry side are drawn on the floor plan from the start. Abroad, we run the freight, the ATA Carnet and customs; if a sample needs extra paperwork we say so at quotation.

Which fairs we work at

In Germany, EuroTier runs from 10 to 13 November 2026 at Deutsche Messe Hanover; our Aachen office supports on site at German fairs. In Russia, AGROS Expo runs from 20 to 22 January 2027 at Crocus Expo Moscow; at the same fair in 2024 we built the 40 square metre timber stand for Atlas Yem. In Abu Dhabi, VIV MEA runs from 23 to 25 November 2027 at ADNEC. In Turkey, Petzoo Eurasia runs from 7 to 10 October 2026 at CNR Expo Istanbul, where we built the 12 square metre maxima stand for Evafone in 2026. Stands on the agricultural machinery side are on our agriculture page.

Which stand type for a livestock stand

  • Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, built in 2–5 days; the lidded sample wall, the closed meeting room and free dimensions come out of this type; the Atlas Yem stand was built this way.
  • Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days; for packaged product and small equipment; it also shortens the build abroad.
  • Country pavilion: 100–2000 square metres, built in 4–10 days; shared reception and individual units for companies exhibiting with an association or exporters' group.

How we work

Send the fair name and dates, your floor area and the number of open sides; we reply within 48 hours. The first concept is free, with a 3D visual; the written budget has three options, scope listed item by item. For Hanover, Moscow and Abu Dhabi we like to start 8 weeks ahead; freight and customs add to the schedule. The quote form opens here.

Frequently asked

Can we take feed samples to a fair abroad?
You can. We run the freight, the ATA Carnet and customs, and stand and samples can travel in the same vehicle. If the country asks for more documents we say so at quotation. Our exhibition logistics page explains the arrangement.
Can you put heavy equipment on the stand?
Yes. We take the weight and dimensions and do the floor load calculation and the plinth at the start; the entry slot is settled with the hall through the technical file. Once the equipment sits on the plinth the walls close around it.
Who builds and dismantles the stand?
Our own crew. The stand has a trial assembly in the workshop before it travels; in Germany our Aachen office supports on site. After the fair we dismantle it; you take your samples and leave.
What should we send for a quote?
The fair name and dates, the floor area, the number of open sides, a floor plan if available, the list of product groups you will show and the weight of any heavy equipment. Add the number of meeting tables you need.
