Plast Eurasia Istanbul exhibition stands
Come to Plast Eurasia with us and your stand arrives from our workshop in Beylikdüzü, the same district as Tüyap. Design, production, build and dismantling are ours; if you are bringing an injection moulding machine, its platform, power and delivery slot are planned by us as well. The stands we built in the same halls at the packaging fair are the closest example of what we do here.
What we do for you at Plast Eurasia
We draw the stand, produce it in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it at Tüyap with our own crew and take it down on closing night. The technical file for the hall management, the electricity and rigging applications, the graphic design and the print are ours too.
A plastics stand carries three kinds of product and each wants something different. For the machine we draw a reinforced floor platform, the right power supply and enough clear space for visitors to watch it running from a safe distance. For raw material we build a product wall where granules and sample boxes sit in their own light. For finished plastic goods we build a setting rather than a shelf; the right light and the right floor make even an ordinary product worth looking at.
Stands we have built at this fair
We do not yet have a published Plast Eurasia project, but we have work in the same halls for a closely related sector. In 2025 we built the 100 square metre custom timber stand for Yeniler Etiket at Eurasia Packaging, and in 2024 the 25 square metre maxima stand for Grossan. Which stand type
- Custom timber build: when the machine platform and the product wall are drawn as one piece and the surface has to be seamless; produced in the workshop, built at Tüyap in 2–5 days.
- Maxima system: for small plots and short lead times; printed panels on an aluminium grid, built in 1–3 days, with the machine platform still produced in timber.
- Island and corner stands: we put the machine at the corner where the open sides meet so that it is visible from both aisles.
Timeline for the 2026 edition
The fair runs 2–5 December 2026. We start 8 weeks out with the brief, the 3D visual and the budget; design approval and technical file at 6 weeks; workshop production and print files at 4 weeks; trial assembly and lighting test in the workshop at 1 week; build at Tüyap in fair week, handover walk the day before opening and dismantling at the close. If a machine is coming, its delivery day goes into the build plan from the start. For later starts we work out an accelerated programme. - When should a stand for Plast Eurasia Istanbul 2026 be ordered?

- What should we send for a quote?
- The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.
- Can we run an injection moulding machine on the stand?
- Yes. We take the machine's weight, dimensions, power rating and any other connection needs at quote stage. The platform is produced to carry it, the technical file correspondence with the hall management is ours, and we draw a safe clearance between the machine and the visitors.
- How does the machine get into the hall, and who organises it?
- We arrange the forklift slot and the entry gate with the hall management; the build plan states the day and hour the machine arrives. The platform is ready before that moment.
- Are there height and rigging limits at Tüyap?
- They are set out in the hall management's technical file for each fair. We follow that file and, where a tall structure or a hanging element is needed, obtain the approval on your behalf.
- Who builds and dismantles the stand?
- Our own crew. The stand goes through a trial assembly in Beylikdüzü and travels to Tüyap from there. We walk it together the day before opening and hand it over with a written guarantee; at the close we dismantle it while you collect your machine and samples.
