When should a stand for Gulfood Manufacturing 2026 be ordered?

Starting by 8 September 2026 for a custom timber stand, or around 6 October 2026 for a maxima system stand, gives a comfortable schedule. For later starts we first tell you what can still be done.

What should we send for a quote?

The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.

Can we offer product tasting on the stand?

Yes. A sink, a fridge and a preparation counter go behind the bar; we order the water and drainage connection from the hall management. Tasting rules are confirmed with the organiser in advance.

Our machine will run on the stand. Are power and noise a problem?

We declare the machine's power rating in the technical file and place the connection point next to it on the plan. Noise limits are followed according to the hall rules; where needed we draw a sound-absorbing wall behind the machine.

How does customs work in Dubai?

The stand and your samples travel on temporary import documents and we run the customs process. If food samples are involved we ask for the list early; some categories need separate paperwork and we put that into the schedule from the start.

Who builds the stand and how long does it take?

Our own crew. A maxima stand takes 1–3 days, a timber stand 2–5 days; we follow the hall's build hours. The handover walk is done together the day before opening.

Can the stand have a closed meeting room?

Yes. On most Gulfood Manufacturing stands we draw a closed room for buyer meetings with a lockable cupboard for samples and price lists; walls and door are produced in the workshop and arrive with the stand.

Gulfood Manufacturing exhibition stands

The buyer who walks onto your stand at Gulfood Manufacturing wants to see the line running, the pack closing, the ingredient flowing. We build the stand around the machine and the tasting counter: power, water and drainage are the first step of the plan. Dubai World Trade Centre has 17 halls and 105,000 square metres; once we know your hall we work out the build sequence from the loading gate.

What we do for you at Gulfood Manufacturing

We draw the stand in Beylikdüzü and send a three-dimensional visual for approval. Production is in our own workshop: stainless-look counters, washable surfaces and a tasting bar suitable for food contact are made there and go through a trial assembly. Then dispatch: freight, temporary import documents and Dubai customs are ours. We handle the technical file, the power and water orders with the hall management. Our own crew builds the stand and dismantles it on the evening of 5 November.

If your machine will run, we ask for its power rating, its product feed and its noise level; the flooring and guard rail around it are completed once the machine is in position. Stands we have built at food and packaging fairs

Which stand type for Gulfood Manufacturing

Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days; our first choice when the build window in Dubai is short.
Custom timber build: for stands with a tasting bar and a preparation kitchen; 20–500 square metres, 2–5 build days.
Country pavilion: when several companies exhibit together, with a shared kitchen and shared meeting area; above 100 square metres, 4–10 build days.

Schedule

The fair runs 3–5 November 2026. A comfortable programme: brief, first concept and budget on 8 September; design approval and technical file on 22 September; workshop production and print on 6 October; trial assembly and dispatch on 27 October. Build in the hall during fair week, handover walk on 2 November, dismantling on the evening of 5 November.
