Interwire 2027 stand builder
For a wire or copper producer travelling from Turkey to Interwire, the big question is not the stand but how it crosses the ocean. We did exactly that for Er Bakır in 2025: produced the stand in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, shipped it to Atlanta under an ATA Carnet, built it at the Georgia World Congress Center with our own crew and dismantled it when the show closed. We walk the same route for you, under one contract and with one contact.
What we do for you at Interwire
We take your floor area and sample list and draw a three-dimensional concept; after approval we send the technical file to the hall management at the Georgia World Congress Center. At US shows the rules on hall labour and build hours work differently from Europe; we follow those rules and plan around them. Freight, customs, build, dismantling and return freight sit in one contract. Graphics and print are ours.
Copper and wire samples are heavy. Coil plinths are drawn with steel reinforcement and the load is shown on the plan. Section samples and wire gauges go into lit showcases, certificates onto a legible wall area. American buyers tend to keep conversations short and standing, so bar tables and quick meeting points take more room in the plan and the closed room gets smaller.
Stands we have built at this fair

Which stand type
- Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, built in 2–5 days; the Er Bakır stand was this type, and it is our first suggestion for uninterrupted surfaces and heavy plinths.
- Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, 1–3 days; when you want to keep the freight volume small.
- Island and corner stands: on open plots above 36 square metres the sample wall faces the aisle.
Timeline
The next edition runs 4–6 May 2027. A comfortable programme starts on 9 March 2027 with the brief, concept and budget; design approval and technical file on 23 March, workshop production and print files on 6 April, trial assembly in the workshop on 27 April. For transatlantic freight we pull the shipping date forward, which is why we ask you to start earlier than 8 weeks for a US show. Build in the hall during show week, a walk-through on 3 May, dismantling on the evening of 6 May. Put your floor area and sample list into the quote form; we reply within 48 hours and the first concept is free.

- When and where is Interwire 2027?
- Interwire 2027 takes place 4–6 May 2027 at Georgia World Congress Center (Atlanta). Dates come from the organiser’s official site; this page is updated if they change.
- When should a stand for Interwire 2027 be ordered?
- Starting by 9 March 2027 for a custom timber stand, or around 6 April 2027 for a maxima system stand, gives a comfortable schedule. For later starts we first tell you what can still be done.
- Have you built at Interwire before?
- Yes; 1 of our stands are listed on this page. Each project states the year, floor area and stand type; we know the hall rules and build hours from that work.
- What should we send for a quote?
- The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.
- Who ships the stand and the samples to Atlanta?
- We do. Freight and customs under the ATA Carnet are handled under our exhibition logistics service, and everything returns on the same carnet after the show. Samples can travel in the same shipment as the stand.
- Does your own crew build the stand (booth) in the US?
- Our own crew manages the build; where the hall's labour rules require it we work alongside a local crew. This is written out item by item at quote stage.
- Can you put heavy copper coils on the stand?
- Yes. Plinths are steel-reinforced; give us the weight and dimensions of the coil at quote stage and we draw the plinth and floor for it.
- What do you do about power and height rules?
- We open the power request with the hall management and prepare the technical file for height and rigging approval. Because the electrical standard in US halls differs, lighting and equipment are specified for it.
