wire Eurasia exhibition stands
A buyer walking onto a stand at wire Eurasia looks at the coil, the tube section and the weld seam, so the stand has to show them at eye level and on a plinth that carries the weight. We draw stands for this fair with exactly that in mind: coil plinths, tube sample racks and a reinforced floor for machine parts. We produce in our workshop near Tüyap, build in the hall with our own crew and dismantle at the close.
What we do for you at wire Eurasia
We take your floor area and number of open sides and draw a three-dimensional concept. After approval we send the technical file to the management of Tüyap Fair and Congress Center and open the power request. Graphics and print are handled by us. The fair is biennial and many of our clients go to Düsseldorf in the same cycle; for wire & Tube Düsseldorf we work with freight, the ATA Carnet and on-site support from our Aachen office.
Coils and tube bundles are heavy. Sample plinths get a steel reinforcement and the load goes into the first step of the design; if a machine is going on the floor we discuss forklift access and floor load with the hall management. For section samples we draw a backlit showcase or lit shelving, and we leave a legible area on the wall for certificates and quality documents.
Stands we have built at this fair
In 2024 we built the 36 square metre maxima stand for Mazlum Boru at Tüyap. On stands of this kind we put the sample wall, the meeting table and a closed back room on one plan; a maxima build usually takes one to three days in the hall. Which stand type
- Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days; our first choice for sample-led stands of 36 to 60 square metres.
- Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, 2–5 days; for heavy plinths and a form drawn for the brand.
- Island and corner stands: on open plots above 36 square metres the machine goes to the centre and the sample wall faces the aisle.
Timeline
The fair runs 7–10 April 2027. A comfortable programme starts on 10 February 2027 with the brief, concept and budget; design approval and technical file on 24 February, workshop production and print files on 10 March, trial assembly and lighting test in the workshop on 31 March. Build in the hall during fair week, a walk-through on 6 April, dismantling on the evening of 10 April. If you start later we tell you what an accelerated programme can still deliver. - When and where is wire Eurasia 2027?
- wire Eurasia 2027 takes place 7–10 April 2027 at Tüyap Fair and Congress Center (Istanbul). Dates come from the organiser’s official site; this page is updated if they change.
- When should a stand for wire Eurasia 2027 be ordered?
- Starting by 10 February 2027 for a custom timber stand, or around 10 March 2027 for a maxima system stand, gives a comfortable schedule. For later starts we first tell you what can still be done.
- Have you built at wire Eurasia before?
- Yes; 1 of our stands are listed on this page. Each project states the year, floor area and stand type; we know the hall rules and build hours from that work.
- What should we send for a quote?
- The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.
- Can you put heavy coils and tube bundles on the stand?
- Yes. Plinths are steel-reinforced and the load is shown on the plan. If you give us the weight and dimensions of the samples at quote stage, we draw the plinth and the layout for them.
- We will bring a machine and run it; what about power and the floor?
- We open the power request with the hall management. Send us the weight and dimensions of the machine and we show floor load and forklift access on the plan; our own crew receives the machine on build day.
- Is there a height or rigging limit at Tüyap?
- Height and suspended loads need approval from the hall management; we prepare the technical file and obtain the approval. If you want a tall totem or a hanging banner, the approval process has to start early.
- Can we take the same stand to Düsseldorf as well?
- Each stand is produced for its own hall and plot. For Düsseldorf we draw a separate stand and run its freight, ATA Carnet and customs ourselves.
