Medical trade fair stands

On a medical stand the device is switched on, a clinician or a buyer is standing at it and a demonstration is under way. We build the stand for the demonstration: a hidden power line to the base of the device, a clean floor with no visible cable, room for two or three people around the unit, and an examination couch or a patient room layout where one is needed. Surfaces are white and wipe-clean, because a medical buyer reads the stand the way they read the product.

What we do for you at medical fairs

We draw the stand, produce it in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it in the hall with our own crew and dismantle it when the fair closes. The power application, and a water application where needed, goes to the hall management from us; graphics, print and the technical file are ours. For fairs abroad we run the stand freight, the ATA Carnet and customs. Your devices arrive separately on their own export and certification papers, and their placement is written into our build-up programme.

Two things are settled early on a medical stand: order and privacy. Consumables and small devices go into lockable cabinets, the large unit into the demonstration area, dealer talks into a closed room. The floor is raised so no cable shows and the socket sits directly under the device. Lighting is white and shadow-free, angled away from any screen so it does not reflect.

Which medical fairs we work at

MEDICA at Messe Düsseldorf runs on 16–19 November 2026; our Aachen office gives support on the German side, with the stand freight and customs handled by us. For medical fairs in Istanbul the CNR Expo and Tüyap halls are described on our Istanbul page. Similar work that asked for clean surfaces and a closed meeting room is on our chemicals page: we built the 100 square metre timber stand for İba Kimya at PaintExpo 2024 in Karlsruhe.

Which stand type for a medical stand

  • Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, built in 2–5 days. Uninterrupted white surfaces, recessed cabinets, a raised floor and a closed room from a single hand.
  • Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days. White panels on an aluminium grid; cabinets and the demo table are produced separately and fixed to it.
  • Modular stand: 9–150 square metres, built in 1–2 days. For a small plot or a joint participation.

How we work

Fair name, dates, floor area and number of open sides; within 48 hours you get a free first concept in three dimensions and a written budget in three options, scope itemised. Start 8 weeks before the fair: design approval and technical file at 6 weeks, workshop production at 4, trial assembly and lighting test at 1. Put the dimensions and power rating of the devices in the brief; the demonstration area and the supply are drawn to them. The quote form is here.

Our stand types: size and on-site build time

We produce all of them in our own workshop. The size range and on-site build time come from our recorded projects; if you are undecided we draw two types for the same floor area and show them side by side.

Stands we have built

We have not published a project under this heading yet; these three stands from other fairs show the work of our workshop.

Frequently asked

How are power and flooring handled for a device demonstration?
The floor is raised and the power line comes up hidden under the device; we make the hall application for the combined rating of your units. A water connection for a device that needs one goes into the technical file too.
Are the surfaces suitable for a medical setting, and can they be cleaned?
The stand surfaces are white, jointless and wipe-clean. Cabinets are lockable and consumables sit in closed cupboards. The organiser’s rules on displaying devices are tracked in our technical file.
Who ships the stand to MEDICA and who clears customs?
We do. The stand travels from the workshop to Düsseldorf by road, we open the ATA Carnet and clear customs, and our Aachen office gives support on the German side. Your devices travel separately on their own certification and export papers.
When should we start?
For a custom timber build, 8 weeks before the fair; for a maxima system, 4 weeks. A fair abroad such as MEDICA adds transit time, so start earlier; if a job comes in late we first tell you what can still be done.
