When should a stand for Salone del Mobile.Milano 2027 be ordered?

Starting by 16 February 2027 for a custom timber stand, or around 16 March 2027 for a maxima system stand, gives a comfortable schedule. For later starts we first tell you what can still be done.

What should we send for a quote?

The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.

How do you light the stand without shifting the colour of the furniture?

We plan the lighting from your product photographs and test fabric and timber tones under real light in the workshop. We ask you to come to the trial assembly; the colour temperature is fixed there together.

Can you rig from the ceiling?

We submit the rigging application to the hall management and declare the points and loads in the technical file. Until approval arrives we draw the ceiling element with a floor-standing alternative, so the plan does not change if approval is late.

Do you transport our furniture as well?

We can. Stand and product travel on the same lorry, one ATA Carnet is opened, and everything enters the hall in one delivery. Unsold pieces return on the same document after the fair.

Can the stand have a closed meeting room?

Yes, we draw one on almost every Salone stand. A room with a table for opening the sample book with dealers, a small kitchen niche and a lockable cupboard; door and walls are produced in the workshop.

Who builds and dismantles the stand?

Our own crew, the same people who assembled it in the workshop. We follow Fiera Milano's build hours; you arrive for the handover walk the day before opening and leave the dismantling to us.

Salone del Mobile.Milano exhibition stands

At Salone your product is the furniture, and the stand must neither fade beside it nor upstage it. We settle that with floor, light and ceiling: the right floor under the sofa, the right light above it, a calm wall behind it that does not shift the colour of the fabric. Fiera Milano has 8 halls and 345,000 square metres; we take the aisle your plot faces into account and draw the layout around it.

What we do for you at Salone del Mobile

We treat the stand as a showroom. Living, dining and bedroom scenes are drawn around your collection, and we always add a closed meeting room where you can sit down with dealers and open a price list. Production happens in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü: timber walls, concealed light strips, niches and shelves painted in the tone of your product are made there and assembled once for a trial.

Then it all travels to Milan on our lorry. Freight, the ATA Carnet and customs are ours; your furniture can go on the same lorry so that only one customs file is opened. We handle the technical file with Fiera Milano, the power order and the rigging application. Our own crew builds the stand and dismantles it on the evening of 18 April.

Stands we have built at furniture fairs

A brand heading to Salone usually looks first at the 28 square metre timber stand we built for Doqu Home at imm cologne 2023; on a small plot we favour a timber build for its uninterrupted surfaces. Which stand type for Salone

Custom timber build: our first choice for a furniture stand; seamless walls, painted surfaces, recessed light, 20–500 square metres, 2–5 build days in the hall.
Island and corner stands: on plots with two or four open sides we arrange the scenes to face the aisles; 36–800 square metres, 3–6 build days.
Double-decker stand: dealer meetings upstairs, the collection downstairs; we suggest it above 60 square metres, build 4–8 days.

Schedule

The fair runs 13–18 April 2027. A comfortable programme: brief, first concept and budget on 16 February; design approval and technical file on 2 March; workshop production and print on 16 March; trial assembly, lighting test and dispatch on 6 April. Build in the hall during fair week, handover walk on 12 April, dismantling on the evening of 18 April. If your collection is only final in March, we draw the stand first and update the product placement in the last two weeks. The quote form is here; we reply within 48 hours.
