Istanbul Furniture Fair (IIFF) exhibition stands
Building a stand for a furniture manufacturer is a particular test for us, because the client knows timber as well as we do. So on the stands we draw for the Istanbul Furniture Fair the joints are hidden, the floors are real and the light falls from the ceiling onto the product. We produce the stand in our workshop in Beylikdüzü; Tüyap is in the same district.
What we do for you at the Istanbul Furniture Fair
We draw the stand, produce it in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it at Tüyap with our own crew and dismantle it at the close. The technical file for the hall management, the electricity and rigging applications, the graphics and the print are ours. Handover is the day before opening, with a written guarantee.
On a furniture stand the product is already good to look at; our job is to give it the right room. We split the collection into rooms, a living room, a bedroom or an office setting, and choose each room's floor, wall colour and lighting for the piece in it. We draw a route through the pieces that lets the visitor touch them, and add a closed room for dealer meetings with a kitchen corner behind it. On large plots a two-storey plan with the meeting rooms upstairs is a frequent choice.
Stands we have built at this fair
We do not yet have a published Istanbul Furniture Fair project on the site. For our timber work in the same halls, look at the 100 square metre custom stand we built for Yeniler Etiket in 2025; ten photographs show the joinery and surface quality. Which stand type
- Custom timber build: our first choice on a furniture stand; room settings, real flooring and ceiling lighting are produced in the workshop and built at Tüyap in 2–5 days.
- Double-decker stand: on large plots we move the meeting rooms upstairs and leave the whole ground floor to the collection; the technical file correspondence with the hall management is ours.
- Maxima system: for small plots and short lead times; built in 1–3 days.
Timeline for the 2027 edition
The fair runs 19–23 January 2027. We start 8 weeks out on 24 November 2026 with the brief, the 3D visual and the budget; design approval and technical file by 8 December; workshop production and print files by 22 December; trial assembly and lighting test in the workshop on 12 January; build at Tüyap in fair week, handover walk on 18 January and dismantling on the evening of 23 January. Because the new year holiday falls inside this schedule we suggest starting a week earlier. Send the fair name, floor area and number of open sides through the quote form; we reply within 48 hours, first concept free.

- Yes. We lay parquet, carpet or whatever finish you choose on a platform; the ceiling is closed where the lighting needs it and spotlights follow the product layout. We test the light with your own pieces at the trial assembly.
- What does a double-decker stand require?
- A plot that suits it and the hall management's approval. We run the technical file correspondence with the hall; meeting rooms go upstairs, the collection downstairs. The build takes longer than a single-storey stand and the schedule is set accordingly.
- What are the build hours and height rules at Tüyap?
- They are set out in the hall management's technical file for each fair. We follow that file and, where a tall structure or rigging is needed, obtain the approval on your behalf.
- Who builds the stand, and when do our pieces go in?
- Our own crew builds and dismantles it. The stand is ready the day before the handover walk; the delivery slot for your pieces goes into the build plan from the start and we arrange any forklift need with the hall management.
