When should a stand for SHOT Show 2027 be ordered?

Starting by 24 November 2026 for a custom timber stand, or around 22 December 2026 for a maxima system stand, gives a comfortable schedule. For later starts we first tell you what can still be done.

What should we send for a quote?

The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.

Can you show the products in locked display cases?

Yes. The cases are produced in the workshop and delivered with locks and interior lighting. We follow the organiser's display rules; you tell us the safety requirements of the product and we draw the case accordingly.

Does the build crew travel from Turkey to Las Vegas?

The crew that assembled the stand in the workshop builds it in Las Vegas as well. We apply the hall's and the organiser's labour and build rules as written; where local labour is required we organise it and list it as a separate item in the budget.

When should our stand leave Turkey?

Material going by sea leaves at the beginning of December; graphics and light parts going by air leave at the beginning of January. We plan both to enter the Venetian Expo on the same day.

Do you prepare the graphics separately for the US market?

Yes. You supply the texts and we prepare the English print files, converting units and warning texts to the form expected there. Printing is done in Beylikdüzü and the graphics ship with the stand.

SHOT Show exhibition stands

The distributor who walks onto your stand at SHOT Show wants to hold the product, feel the grip, see the mechanism. We build the stand for that: locked display cases, a product wall, a counter for handling and a closed meeting room at the back. We travel from Beylikdüzü to the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas; because it is an overseas job we start the schedule earlier than for any European fair.

What we do for you at SHOT Show

We draw the stand in Beylikdüzü and send a three-dimensional visual for approval. Production is in our own workshop: the locked cases, the product wall and the closed room are made there and go through a trial assembly. Then dispatch: freight, the ATA Carnet and customs are ours. The entry of your products into the United States follows its own regulations; we plan that side together with your export adviser and ship the stand material on a separate document. We handle the technical file and the power order with the Venetian Expo and follow the hall's and the organiser's build rules as written. Our own crew builds the stand and dismantles it on the evening of 22 January.

Stand (booth) culture in America differs from Europe: open sides instead of closed walls, a tall brand tower, a long display case facing a narrow aisle. We draw with that in mind; our United States page explains how we operate there.

Stands we have built at firearms fairs

A manufacturer heading to Las Vegas usually looks first at the 60 square metre maxima stand we built for Ağaoğlu Silah at IWA OutdoorClassics 2025 in Nuremberg; the stand was produced in Beylikdüzü and its freight and customs were ours. Which stand type for SHOT Show

Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days; light and compact for overseas freight, so it is our first choice.
Custom timber build: for stands built around locked cases and a closed room; 20–500 square metres, 2–5 build days.
Portable stand: 4–20 square metres, built in one day; a light solution that flies with you, for brands exhibiting for the first time.

Schedule

The fair runs 19–22 January 2027. A comfortable programme: brief, first concept and budget on 24 November; design approval and technical file on 8 December; workshop production and print on 22 December; trial assembly and dispatch on 12 January. Build in the hall during fair week, handover walk on 18 January, dismantling on the evening of 22 January. Because the schedule crosses the year-end holidays and sea freight is long, heavy material leaves at the beginning of December; that is why we prefer to talk about SHOT Show before November.
