When should a stand for VIV MEA 2027 be ordered?

Starting by 28 September 2027 for a custom timber stand, or around 26 October 2027 for a maxima system stand, gives a comfortable schedule. For later starts we first tell you what can still be done.

What should we send for a quote?

The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.

How do you present feed and premix samples on the stand?

We draw a back-lit sample wall with glass jars and leave room under each jar for the product label. Products that need a cold chain go into a chilled cabinet, and we order the power from the hall.

Can we show poultry equipment in working condition?

Yes. We ask for the weight and power rating of the equipment, draw a platform under it and declare the power and, if needed, water connection in the technical file. The hall's authorised contractor makes the connection.

How do customs and freight work for Abu Dhabi?

Stand and samples travel on temporary import documents and we run the process. Feed and veterinary samples may need separate paperwork; we take the list early and put it into the schedule from the start.

How many build days, and whose crew?

Our own crew builds: maxima in 1–3 days, timber in 2–5 days. We follow the hall's build hours and do the handover walk with you the day before opening.

Can the stand have a closed meeting room and a store?

Yes. On most VIV MEA stands we draw a closed room for contract talks and a lockable store for samples and catalogues; walls and door are produced in the workshop and arrive with the stand.

VIV MEA exhibition stands

The farm owner or integrator who walks onto your stand at VIV MEA wants to see the feed sample, open and close the poultry equipment by hand and sit down with you to talk tonnage. We build the stand for that: a sample wall, a solid platform for working equipment, a closed meeting room at the back. We travel from Beylikdüzü to ADNEC in Abu Dhabi; freight, temporary import and customs are our job.

What we do for you at VIV MEA

We draw the stand in Beylikdüzü and send a three-dimensional visual for approval. Production is in our own workshop: a glass jar wall for feed samples, a hanging system for feeders and drinkers, a chilled cabinet for vaccines and premixes are made there and go through a trial assembly. Then dispatch: freight, temporary import documents and Abu Dhabi customs are ours. We handle ADNEC's technical file, the power and water orders with the hall management and follow the hall rules as written. Our own crew builds the stand and dismantles it on the evening of 25 November.

Stands we have built at livestock fairs

A manufacturer heading to Abu Dhabi usually looks first at the 40 square metre timber stand we built for Atlas Yem at AGROS Expo 2024 in Moscow; the stand was produced in Beylikdüzü and its freight and customs to Moscow were ours. Which stand type for VIV MEA

Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days; our first choice for feed and animal health stands that rely on product imagery.
Custom timber build: for equipment platforms, chilled cabinets and a closed room; 20–500 square metres, 2–5 build days.
Country pavilion: when several companies exhibit together, with a shared meeting area; above 100 square metres, 4–10 build days.

Schedule

The fair runs 23–25 November 2027. A comfortable programme: brief, first concept and budget on 28 September; design approval and technical file on 12 October; workshop production and print on 26 October; trial assembly and dispatch on 16 November. Build in the hall during fair week, handover walk on 22 November, dismantling on the evening of 25 November. Heavy equipment going by sea is dispatched in October. Write the fair name and your floor area into the quote form; we reply within 48 hours.
