Exhibition stands at Deutsche Messe Hanover
We have built three stands at Deutsche Messe so far, all for HANNOVER MESSE: Tekno Vals in 2022, Öz Metal in 2023 and Genç Bombe in 2025. Each was a maxima stand of 35 to 36 square metres, and each taught us the same thing. On a site with 27 halls and 392,453 square metres of floor space the design is the easy part. Getting the vehicle to the right gate at the right hour, building in the slot the hall gives you and running the same routine backwards at dismantling is where the work is, and we plan all of it before the stand leaves Beylikdüzü.
Building in the Hanover halls: what we have learned
The 27 halls do not work as one site; the loading gate and the build schedule are followed hall by hall from the technical file. We send the technical file to the hall management in advance, our crew waits for its slot at the gate on build day, and because every part arrives numbered from the workshop a maxima stand is finished in one to three days. At the close of the fair the same crew dismantles it; you take your samples and catch your flight.
All three of our Hanover jobs were on the metal side of the fair. The Öz Metal 2023 Hanover exhibition stand was a 36 square metre maxima build for a metal processing company. The Genç Bombe 2025 Hanover exhibition stand was another 36 square metres; with dished heads and similar heavy products we calculate the floor and the display plinths in the first step of the design. The Tekno Vals 2022 Hanover exhibition stand was 35 square metres for a valve manufacturer. Pictures are on our metal processing and valves pages.
At German fairs our Aachen office gives local support, so for the correspondence with the hall and during build week you have a contact on the German side.
Fairs at this venue
- HANNOVER MESSE, 5–8 April 2027. All three of our Hanover stands were built here; the preparation timeline for industrial, automation and energy exhibitors is on the fair page.
- EuroBLECH, 20–23 October 2026. Sheet metal machinery is heavy and large, so the stand structure is drawn around the machine weight.
- EuroTier, 10–13 November 2026. On the livestock side, the timber stand we built for Atlas Yem in Moscow is a comparable job.
- LIGNA, 10–14 May 2027. Woodworking machines are shown running, and that decides the floor plan; our woodworking machinery page lists the relevant work.
Which stand type
Every Hanover stand we have built was a maxima, but that is the result of those particular briefs, not a rule:
- Maxima system: printed panels on an aluminium grid, built in one to three days; our first suggestion when the calendar is tight and the plot is mid-sized, like our 35 to 36 square metre Hanover jobs.
- Custom timber build: uninterrupted surfaces, dimensions drawn for your brand, heavy sample fixings; two to five days in the hall.
- Island stand: on a plot open on all sides we put the machine in the middle and the meeting area at the edge.

Frequently asked
- Do you produce the stand in Turkey or in Germany?
- In our own workshop in Beylikdüzü. The stand is trial-assembled there, the lighting is tested, and then it travels to Hanover. Freight, the ATA Carnet and customs are our job; you receive a finished stand in the hall.
- Who follows the Deutsche Messe hall regulations?
- We do. Height limits, rigging permits, power and water orders can differ from fair to fair and from hall to hall. We submit the technical file to the hall management and do not start production before the approval is back.
- Can you take a heavy machine onto the stand?
- Yes. We ask for the weight and dimensions at the quotation stage and draw the floor, and the plinth if there is one, accordingly.
- What do we need to send for a quote?
- The fair name and dates, your floor area in square metres, the number of open sides and the hall plan if you have it. Add the dimensions of any machine or product you will show. Send it through the quote form; we reply within 48 hours and the first concept is free.
