When should a stand for EuroBLECH 2026 be ordered?

Starting by 25 August 2026 for a custom timber stand, or around 22 September 2026 for a maxima system stand, gives a comfortable schedule. For later starts we first tell you what can still be done.

What should we send for a quote?

The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.

Can we run a press brake or a laser cutter on the stand?

Yes. We take the machine's power rating, connection needs and weight at quote stage and run the technical file correspondence with the hall management. The viewing distance and safety barrier are in the plan; we follow the hall's safety rules.

Do you take the stand and the machine to Germany yourselves?

The stand, yes: freight, ATA Carnet and customs on both sides are ours. Transport of the machine is folded into the same plan; we arrange the forklift slot and hall gate with the hall management.

Who builds the stand at Deutsche Messe?

Our own crew travelling from Beylikdüzü builds and dismantles it, with our Aachen office supporting on site. Build hours, height and rigging rules are in the hall management's technical file; we follow it and obtain the necessary approvals on your behalf.

What do we get at handover, and who do we call during the fair?

We walk the stand together the day before opening and run the machine and lighting test the same day; the handover comes with a written guarantee. During the fair our Aachen office is your contact in Germany.

EuroBLECH exhibition stands

A sheet metal machine is heavy, loud when it runs, and visitors want to see it running. When we draw for EuroBLECH we accept all three: a reinforced platform, a safe viewing distance and power at the right rating. We have built four stands at Deutsche Messe Hanover; we produce the stand in Beylikdüzü and take it to Germany ourselves.

What we do for you at EuroBLECH

We draw the stand, produce it in the workshop, run the trial assembly in Beylikdüzü and dispatch it. Fair logistics are ours: freight, ATA Carnet, customs on both sides, the technical file and the hall applications at Deutsche Messe. Our Aachen office is your contact on site in build week. When the fair closes we dismantle the stand ourselves.

On a metal processing stand there are two products: the machine and the part it makes. For the machine we take weight, footprint and power rating at quote stage, produce the platform to match and run the technical file correspondence with the hall for power and any other connection. For the finished parts we put a lit sample wall behind the machine, so a visitor who has watched it run can pick up the result. The meeting table goes in the back corner where the noise drops, not beside the machine.

Stands we have built at this fair

We do not yet have a published EuroBLECH project, but we have built four stands in the same halls. From the metal processing sector, the 36 square metre maxima stand for Öz Metal at HANNOVER MESSE 2023; at the same fair, Genç Bombe in 2025 and Tekno Vals in 2022; at LIGNA 2025 the 182 square metre maxima stand for Emintosun. Which stand type

Maxima system: sent for all four Hanover projects; loads compactly, built in the hall in 1–3 days, machine platforms in timber.
Custom timber build: for a seamless brand surface and large plots; produced in the workshop, built in 2–5 days.
Island and corner stands: the machine at the corner of the open sides, the meeting room against the closed one.

Timeline for the 2026 edition

The fair runs 20–23 October 2026. Trial assembly and dispatch fall on the same day, allowing for the lorry's days on the road. Brief, 3D visual and budget 8 weeks out; design approval and technical file at 6 weeks; workshop production and print files at 4 weeks; trial assembly and dispatch at 1 week; build in Hanover in fair week, handover walk the day before opening and dismantling at the close.
