When should a stand for EuroTier 2026 be ordered?

Starting by 15 September 2026 for a custom timber stand, or around 13 October 2026 for a maxima system stand, gives a comfortable schedule. For later starts we first tell you what can still be done.

What should we send for a quote?

The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.

Who handles freight and customs?

We do. The stand and your samples travel from Istanbul to Hanover under an ATA Carnet; the customs paperwork on both sides is handled under our exhibition logistics service, and everything returns on the same carnet after the fair.

What is needed for the hall rules at Deutsche Messe?

Height, suspended loads and fire classification need approval from the hall management; we prepare the technical file and obtain the approval, with our Aachen office supporting us on the German side. Materials are chosen to meet German hall requirements.

Can you put heavy barn equipment on the stand?

Yes. Give us the weight and dimensions of the equipment at quote stage and we draw the floor and plinth for it and show forklift access on the plan.

Will there be a Turkish-speaking crew on site?

Yes. Build and dismantling are done by our own crew, while our Aachen office handles communication with the hall management in German. We walk the stand together the day before opening.

EuroTier exhibition stands

A company travelling from Turkey to EuroTier gets the whole job from us under one contract: design, production in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, freight from Istanbul to Hanover, ATA Carnet and customs, a build at Deutsche Messe by our own crew, dismantling at the close and the return freight. Our Aachen office is on site during build week and handles the German-language correspondence with the hall management.

What we do for you at EuroTier

We take your floor area and product list and draw a three-dimensional concept; after approval we send the technical file to the hall management at Deutsche Messe Hannover. With 27 halls and 392,453 square metres, knowing which hall and which gate your plot is near decides the build day; we book the lorry's entry slot around it.

On a livestock stand the product is large and usually metal: a feeding line, milking equipment, a ventilation unit, a silo section. We draw a steel-reinforced floor and plinths for heavy parts; for feed producers a wall of sample jars on lit shelving; for a working demonstration, the power line. Conversations with German and European buyers run long, so seated meeting space and a small catering counter carry weight in the plan.

Which stand type

Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days; our first suggestion at German fairs because the freight volume is small.
Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, 2–5 days; when you want uninterrupted surfaces and a form drawn for the brand, the Atlas Yem stand was this type.
Island and corner stands: 36–800 square metres, 3–6 days; to make large equipment visible from all sides.

Timeline

The fair runs 10–13 November 2026. A comfortable programme starts on 15 September 2026 with the brief, concept and budget; design approval and technical file on 29 September, workshop production and print files on 13 October, trial assembly and lighting test in the workshop on 3 November, then straight onto the lorry to Hanover. Build in the hall during fair week, a walk-through on 9 November, dismantling on the evening of 13 November. If you come later we tell you what an accelerated programme can still deliver.
