Exhibition stand builder in Italy

Taking a stand to Italy is, for us, the same arrangement as Germany: production in the workshop, a lorry, an ATA Carnet, our own crew in the hall. What differs is the character of the Milan fairs. A furniture maker going to Salone del Mobile is entering a design contest; a machine builder going to EMO Milan needs a heavy product in the hall. We have solved both elsewhere and carry the same solutions to Fiera Milano.

What we do at fairs in Italy

We are quoting for two fairs at Fiera Milano. Salone del Mobile.Milano runs on 13–18 April 2027; on the furniture side we built a 28 square metre timber stand for Doqu Home at imm cologne 2023. EMO Milan runs on 4–8 October 2027; on the machinery and metalworking side we built the 182 square metre maxima stand for Emintosun at LIGNA 2025 in Hanover and a 36 square metre maxima stand for Genç Bombe at HANNOVER MESSE 2025. The loading sequence, the floor load and the meeting space left around the machine are what we plan from the start on this kind of job.

We draw and produce the stand in Beylikdüzü, trial-assemble and light-test it in the workshop, then load it onto the lorry. At Fiera Milano the build and dismantling are our crew’s job, as are the technical correspondence with the organiser and the graphics and print. Italian-language copy comes from you and goes to print as supplied.

Freight, customs and local support

Shipment to Milan goes by road on a single lorry. We issue the ATA Carnet for temporary export, follow the exit from Turkey and the entry into Italy, and the stand returns on the same carnet after the fair. The stand design approval that Fiera Milano requires, the height and structural drawings and the electrical order are prepared in the organiser’s format. During build week our crew is in the hall, so a missing part, an extra rigging point or a power question has someone on the spot. Which stand type

For Salone del Mobile we mostly suggest a custom timber build: uninterrupted surfaces, free dimensions drawn around the product, 2–5 build days. At a machinery fair like EMO the maxima system is comfortable for both the calendar and the lorry: 12–200 square metres, 1–3 build days, with the walls closing around the machine once it stands in the middle of the plot. If the plot is open on two or three sides we also draw an island or corner layout and show it side by side.
