Industry 4.0 Fair exhibition stands

General view of the Trex stand at the fair 2024 in Istanbul: a 42 sqm maxima system build.

A company coming to the Industry 4.0 Fair is usually showing a system rather than a product you can pick up: sensors, a control cabinet, data on a screen, a small demonstration line. We build the stand around that demonstration. Screens at eye level and shielded from daylight, demo cables kept off the floor, a corner where a visitor can sit through a solution walk-through; all of it is in the plan from the beginning.

What we do for you at the Industry 4.0 Fair

We take your floor area and the system you want to show and draw a three-dimensional concept. After approval we send the technical file to the hall management and open the power and internet requests. Walls, screen carriers and the demo table are produced in our workshop in Beylikdüzü and go through a trial assembly. Graphics and print are ours.

An automation stand carries many screens, and with them heat and cabling. We leave a ventilation gap behind every screen and run cables inside the walls. If there is a moving demonstration such as a robot arm or a conveyor, the safety distance and the barrier are shown on the plan. For software-led companies we draw most of the stand as seated meeting space: where there is no product, there should be plenty of tables.

Stands we have built at this fair

In 2024 we built the 42 square metre maxima stand for Trex at CNR Expo Istanbul. On stands of this kind the screen wall, the demo table and a closed back room go on one plan; a maxima build usually takes one to three days in the hall. Our other work for the sector is on the automation page. We also work at WIN EURASIA, which draws the same buyers; if you exhibit at both we plan the two calendars together.

Which stand type

  • Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days; our first suggestion for stands led by a screen wall and printed panels.
  • Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, 2–5 days; for recessed screens, uninterrupted surfaces and a form drawn for the brand.
  • Modular stand: 9–150 square metres, 1–2 days; a fast build on a small plot.

How we work

A comfortable programme starts 8 weeks before the fair with the brief, the three-dimensional concept and the budget; design approval and technical file at 6 weeks, workshop production and print files at 4 weeks, trial assembly and lighting test in the workshop at 1 week. Build in the hall during fair week, a joint walk-through the day before opening, dismantling at the close. If you come later we first tell you what still fits. Put the fair dates, your floor area and the number of screens into the quote form; we reply within 48 hours, the first concept is free and the written budget comes in three options.

Frequently asked

Have you built at Industry 4.0 Fair before?
Yes; 1 of our stands are listed on this page. Each project states the year, floor area and stand type; we know the hall rules and build hours from that work.
What should we send for a quote?
The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.
Who installs the screens and the demo line?
Screen carriers and cabling are ours; if you bring the screens we mount them together on build day. Assembling the demo line itself stays with you, but the floor, power and barrier come from us.
How many screens can the stand carry, and is there enough power?
Tell us the number and power rating of the screens at quote stage and we open the power request accordingly. We leave a ventilation gap behind screens that run warm.
Is there an internet connection for live data?
We open the wired internet request with the hall management. If the demonstration must not drop out, we advise not relying on the hall wireless network alone; the line is shown on the plan.
How long do build and dismantling take, and who does them?
One to three days for a maxima system, two to five for a custom timber build, by our own crew. We dismantle on the closing evening as well, pack your screens and hand them back.
