Trex 2024 Istanbul exhibition stand
42 m²2024IstanbulIndustry 4.0 Fair
Trade fair

A company coming to the Industry 4.0 Fair is usually showing a system rather than a product you can pick up: sensors, a control cabinet, data on a screen, a small demonstration line. We build the stand around that demonstration. Screens at eye level and shielded from daylight, demo cables kept off the floor, a corner where a visitor can sit through a solution walk-through; all of it is in the plan from the beginning.
We take your floor area and the system you want to show and draw a three-dimensional concept. After approval we send the technical file to the hall management and open the power and internet requests. Walls, screen carriers and the demo table are produced in our workshop in Beylikdüzü and go through a trial assembly. Graphics and print are ours.
An automation stand carries many screens, and with them heat and cabling. We leave a ventilation gap behind every screen and run cables inside the walls. If there is a moving demonstration such as a robot arm or a conveyor, the safety distance and the barrier are shown on the plan. For software-led companies we draw most of the stand as seated meeting space: where there is no product, there should be plenty of tables.
In 2024 we built the 42 square metre maxima stand for Trex at CNR Expo Istanbul. On stands of this kind the screen wall, the demo table and a closed back room go on one plan; a maxima build usually takes one to three days in the hall. Our other work for the sector is on the automation page. We also work at WIN EURASIA, which draws the same buyers; if you exhibit at both we plan the two calendars together.
A comfortable programme starts 8 weeks before the fair with the brief, the three-dimensional concept and the budget; design approval and technical file at 6 weeks, workshop production and print files at 4 weeks, trial assembly and lighting test in the workshop at 1 week. Build in the hall during fair week, a joint walk-through the day before opening, dismantling at the close. If you come later we first tell you what still fits. Put the fair dates, your floor area and the number of screens into the quote form; we reply within 48 hours, the first concept is free and the written budget comes in three options.

We produce all of them in our own workshop. The size range and on-site build time come from our recorded projects; if you are undecided we draw two types for the same floor area and show them side by side.

Aluminium profile frame with clad panels; fast to install.
Component system built from aluminium profiles and panels; quick build and a small shipping volume.

The link opens a quote form with the fair name and dates filled in; add your floor area and stand type and send it.
