When should a stand for WIN EURASIA 2027 be ordered?

Starting by 7 April 2027 for a custom timber stand, or around 5 May 2027 for a maxima system stand, gives a comfortable schedule. For later starts we first tell you what can still be done.

What should we send for a quote?

The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.

Who brings the machine to the stand, and how does it fit with the build?

The machine can be shipped by you or by us; we agree the hall entry slot together. The build sequence is planned around it: floor and structure first, walls and lighting after the machine is in position.

Can we get power and compressed air for a running machine?

Yes. We open the power and air requests with the hall management and show the cable duct on the plan. If the machine is loud, the meeting corner goes to the far end of the stand.

What do you need for floor load and forklift access?

The weight and dimensions of the machine. Give them to us at quote stage and we show floor load and the forklift route on the plan and obtain the hall management approval.

Who builds and dismantles the stand?

Our own crew. The stand goes through a trial assembly in the workshop and is built in the hall in one to five days depending on type. We dismantle on the closing evening and plan the machine's exit with you.

WIN EURASIA exhibition stands

At WIN EURASIA the stand has one job: to show the machine running, safely and well lit. We draw stands for this fair around the machine: a floor sized for its weight, cable ducts, a barrier between visitors and moving parts, and a corner where a conversation can be held away from the noise. Production is in our workshop in Beylikdüzü; build and dismantling at CNR Expo are done by our own crew.

What we do for you at WIN EURASIA

We take your floor plan and machine list and draw a three-dimensional concept. After approval we send the technical file to the hall management at CNR Expo Istanbul and open the power and compressed air requests ourselves. Graphics and print are ours; machine images and specification tables are printed at a size that can be read from the aisle.

Machine delivery sets the schedule at this fair. A heavy machine has to be placed before the structure around it goes up, so we plan the build sequence around the delivery slot and show the forklift route on the plan. Once the machine is in position the walls, showcases and lighting are completed. If you run a live demonstration we fence off the moving zone and test the power line before the show opens.

Stands we have built at this fair

On the machinery and automation side we built the 42 square metre maxima stand for Trex at the Industry 4.0 Fair at CNR Expo in 2024. Which stand type

Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days; for stands that must be completed quickly once the machine is in.
Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, 2–5 days; when you want uninterrupted surfaces and a form drawn for the brand.
Island and corner stands: 36–800 square metres, 3–6 days; to make the machine visible from all sides.

Timeline

The fair runs 2–5 June 2027. A comfortable programme starts on 7 April 2027 with the brief, concept and budget; design approval and technical file on 21 April, workshop production and print files on 5 May, trial assembly and lighting test in the workshop on 26 May. Build in the hall during fair week, a walk-through on 1 June, dismantling on the evening of 5 June. If you start later we first say what still fits, then switch to an accelerated programme. Put the fair name, your floor area and the machine list into the quote form; we reply within 48 hours.
