Petzoo Eurasia exhibition stands
At Petzoo Eurasia the plots are mostly small, the aisles are crowded and visitors want to pick the product up. So we draw the stand like a shop shelf: food and accessories at eye level, stock cupboards underneath, a tasting or trial table at the front and a table in the corner where orders are written down. The stand is produced in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, built at CNR Expo by our own crew and dismantled after the fair.
What we do for you at Petzoo Eurasia
The fair takes place at CNR Expo Istanbul, a venue with 11 halls and 98,000 square metres. The technical file, the electricity application, the graphics and the print are ours.
On a pet product stand the packaging is the brand. We choose shelf lighting at a colour temperature that does not distort the packaging colours and test it with your product during the trial assembly. If live animals or an aquarium are going to be shown, the water and electricity connections and the floor protection go into the plan from the start. With a large product range we divide the plot by product group and put a readable header panel above each; someone walking down a crowded aisle understands what you sell in three seconds.
Stands we have built at this fair
In 2026 we built the 12 square metre maxima stand for Evafone; on a plot of that size we fit a product wall and a meeting table. It is a good example of the scale at this fair. Which stand type
- Maxima system: 12 to 200 square metres, built in the hall in 1–3 days. Our first recommendation for the small and medium plots at Petzoo; the Evafone stand is this type.
- Modular stand: 9 to 150 square metres, built in 1–2 days. Suits product brands that want a lot of shelving and little wall.
- Custom timber build: from 20 square metres, built in 2–5 days. For painted surfaces in your brand colour and shelving made to your product dimensions.
Timeline
Petzoo Eurasia runs from 7 to 10 October 2026. For this year's fair the 8 and 6 week marks have passed, so we are working on an accelerated programme. The remaining dates: design approval and the start of workshop production by 9 September, the trial assembly and lighting test at the workshop on 30 September, build in the hall during fair week, the handover walk on 6 October and dismantling on the evening of 10 October. For next year's edition the comfortable programme is the brief 8 weeks before the fair, design approval at 6 weeks, production at 4 weeks and the trial assembly at 1 week. - What should we send for a quote?
- The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.
- We only have a small plot. Is a built stand worth it?
- The 12 square metre Evafone stand is the answer to exactly that question. On a small plot the wall goes to the product, the floor to conversation and the stock cupboard is hidden under the shelf. Our maxima system starts at 12 square metres.
- Who places our products and stock on the stand?
- We build the shelving and the cupboards, and if you wish we place the products together with you. The stock cupboard gets a lock, so your product stays closed throughout the fair.
- Can we show live animals or an aquarium?
- We follow the hall regulations for you; where a display needs permission, we submit the application to the hall management together with the technical file. Water and electricity connections and floor protection are drawn into the stand from the start.
- How long does the build take and who does it?
- Our own crew. A maxima system takes 1–3 days in the hall, a modular stand 1–2 days. The stand is assembled and tested once in the workshop before it travels to the hall; the day before opening we walk it together and hand it over with a written guarantee.
