When should a stand for MAKTEK Eurasia 2026 be ordered?

Starting by 3 August 2026 for a custom timber stand, or around 31 August 2026 for a maxima system stand, gives a comfortable schedule. For later starts we first tell you what can still be done.

What should we send for a quote?

The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.

When does the machine enter the hall, and how does that fit the build?

The entry slot is agreed with the hall management and your haulier. We finish the floor and structure before that slot, complete walls and lighting after the machine is in position, and show the forklift route on the plan.

Is power and compressed air available for a running machine?

We open the power and air requests with the hall management. Give us the machine's power rating and air demand at quote stage and we show the line on the plan and test it before opening.

How do you handle swarf and coolant on the floor?

We draw a washable floor and a drip tray around the machine and use carpet or laminate on the rest of the stand. Floor load is calculated for the machine weight.

Do you provide support on the stand during the six-day fair?

After the walk-through our crew stays reachable for the whole fair; if a light or a surface needs attention we deal with it. We dismantle on the closing evening as well.

MAKTEK Eurasia exhibition stands

At MAKTEK Eurasia a machine tool weighing several tonnes stands in the middle of the stand, and it enters the hall before the stand does. We plan the build for this fair around the machine: floor and structure first, then walls, showcases and lighting once the machine is in place. The stand is produced in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, built at Tüyap by our own crew and dismantled at the end of the six-day fair.

What we do for you at MAKTEK Eurasia

We take your floor area, number of open sides and machine list and draw a three-dimensional concept. After approval we send the technical file to the hall management at Tüyap Fair and Congress Center and open the power and compressed air requests. Graphics and print are ours; machine specification tables are printed large enough to be read from the aisle.

If the machine runs, swarf and coolant end up on the floor of the stand. We draw a washable floor and a drip tray around the machine and separate visitors from the moving axes with a barrier. Cutting tools and fixtures go into lit showcases, workpiece samples onto shelving within arm's reach. The meeting table goes away from the noise; where the plot allows, we add a closed meeting room.

Stands we have built at this fair

Two of our machine-led projects: the 182 square metre maxima stand for Emintosun at LIGNA Hanover in 2025 and the 36 square metre maxima stand for Öz Metal at HANNOVER MESSE in 2023. Which stand type

Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, built in 1–3 days; our first suggestion for stands that must close up quickly once the machine is in.
Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, 2–5 days; for uninterrupted surfaces, recessed showcases and a closed room.
Island and corner stands: 36–800 square metres, 3–6 days; to show several machines visible from all sides.

Timeline

The fair runs from 28 September to 3 October 2026. For this edition the 8-week and 6-week steps of the comfortable programme are behind us, so new enquiries run on an accelerated programme: design approval and technical file straight away, workshop production and print files right after, trial assembly and lighting test in the workshop on 21 September, build in the hall during fair week, a walk-through on 27 September, dismantling on the evening of 3 October. For the 2028 edition the ideal start is 8 weeks before the fair.
