What we do for you at pipe and tube fairs

We draw the stand, produce it in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it in the hall with our own crew and take it down when the fair closes. Getting your product into the hall is written into our build schedule: the long bundles go onto the stand by forklift on the first day and the walls and racks go up around them. The technical file for the hall management, graphics and print are ours; the product weight goes into that technical file. For Düsseldorf we run the freight, the ATA Carnet and customs, and our Aachen office gives local support on the German side.

Tube and profile ranges are wide and floor space is not, so we plan the sample wall section by section: a fixed slot for every diameter and wall thickness with the product code underneath. For stainless product we angle the light so the surface does not glare, and for heavy coils we draw a load-spreading platform.

Which pipe and tube fairs we work at

In Turkey, wire Eurasia runs 7–10 April 2027 at Tüyap; in 2024 we built the 36 square metre maxima stand for Mazlum Boru there. In Germany, wire & Tube Düsseldorf is on 3–7 April 2028 at Messe Düsseldorf, where we built the 25 square metre maxima stand for Saes in 2024. Which stand type for a tube stand

• Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, 1–3 days to build in the hall. Both the Mazlum Boru and the Saes stands were maxima; in this system the tube rack and the printed panels bolt onto the aluminium grid.
• Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, 2–5 days in the hall. Our recommendation when a heavy coil platform, uninterrupted surfaces or non-standard dimensions are needed.
• Island and corner stands: on a plot with two or three open sides we lay the long tube parallel to the aisle so visitors walk along it.

How we work

Send the fair name and dates, your floor area and the number of open sides; we come back within 48 hours. The first concept is free and comes as a three-dimensional visual; the written budget frame has three options with the scope listed item by item. Starting 8 weeks before the fair gives design approval at 6 weeks, workshop production at 4 weeks and a trial assembly in the workshop at 1 week.
