Exhibition stands at Messe Berlin
Taking a stand to Messe Berlin is, for us, the same job as taking one to Hanover or Cologne. The stand is produced in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, goes through a trial assembly there, clears customs under our name and is met at the hall gate by our own crew. The stands we have built in Germany for HANNOVER MESSE, FSB Cologne and bauma show that this routine works. We set up the same routine for Berlin's 26 halls and 160,000 square metres. The difference is the fair itself: a consumer electronics show like IFA asks for more light, more screens and more hands-on space than an industrial stand does.
Building in the Messe Berlin halls: what we have learned
Every stand we have built in Germany followed the same path, and Berlin follows it too. The technical file goes to the hall management from us, and workshop production does not start before height and rigging approval is back. At German fairs our Aachen office gives local support, so for the correspondence with the hall and during build week you have a contact on the German side.
Three of our German jobs are a direct reference for a company coming to Berlin. The Genç Bombe 2025 Hanover exhibition stand is a 36 square metre maxima: a quick build on a small to mid-sized plot. The stand we built for Cemer Kent Ekipmanları at FSB Cologne is 105 square metres of timber: heavy product and free dimensions. The Gms 2025 Munich exhibition stand is a 153 square metre maxima, and shows how far a system stand can be taken on a large plot.
On the consumer electronics side, the 12 square metre maxima stand we built for Evafone at Petzoo Eurasia in Istanbul is a small-scale example; pictures are on our technology page.
Fairs at this venue
- IFA Berlin, 4–8 September 2026. Consumer electronics and home appliances; for products that visitors switch on and try, we plan the power load, the screen fixings and the demo counters from the start. Dates, preparation timeline and the fair's own questions are on the fair page.

Which stand type
- Maxima system: for a screen-and-graphics-heavy consumer electronics stand, printed panels on an aluminium grid give a fast result; one to three days in the hall.
- Custom timber build: for a shop-like feel, uninterrupted surfaces and recessed screens; two to five days in the hall.
- Island stand: if you want the product visible from all four sides in a busy aisle.

Frequently asked
- How do freight and customs work for Berlin?
- The stand leaves the workshop as numbered parts; freight, the ATA Carnet and customs are our job. Whether your electronics travel with the stand or separately is something we settle at the quotation stage; both are possible.
- Can you mount screens and heavy products on the stand?
- Yes. We ask for the screen sizes and weights when quoting, and draw the fixings and the cable routes into the design. If rigging from the hall ceiling is needed we obtain the permit; if it is refused, we solve it with our own structure.
- Who follows the Messe Berlin hall regulations?
- We do. Height limits, rigging permits and power orders can differ from fair to fair; we submit the technical file and do not start production without written approval. Where we do not know a rule we ask the hall management rather than guess.
- What should we send for a quote?
- The fair name and dates, your floor area, the number of open sides and the hall plan if you have it; add the number of products and screens you will show. Send it through the quote form; we reply within 48 hours and the first concept is free.
