Exhibition stand builder in Berlin
For a company exhibiting in Berlin the hardest week is usually build-up: the venue is large, the delivery slots are fixed and the crew is in another country. We solve that from Istanbul. The stand is produced in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, assembled once for a trial, trucked to Germany and built at Messe Berlin by our own crew, with our Aachen office providing support on the German side during build-up week.
What we do at Berlin fairs
Messe Berlin has 26 halls and 160,000 square metres, so the hall you are placed in changes the freight and build-up plan directly; the moment the floor plan arrives we fix the truck gate and the delivery slot. The fair we follow is IFA Berlin; its dates and a preparation timeline are on the fair page. For a company showing consumer electronics or household appliances the main task is running the products live: the power load, the number of screens and devices and the counter detail that hides every cable are drawn from the start. Freight, customs and local support
The stand travels by truck in labelled crates; the exit from Turkey and the entry into Germany run on an ATA Carnet that we issue and follow. After the fair the dismantled stand returns to Turkey on the same carnet. We write the technical file for Messe Berlin, order electricity and internet, and apply for the rigging permit if anything hangs from the ceiling. Our Aachen office is on site during build-up week and provides the support on the German side. The truck leaves one week before the fair. Everything we do in the country is on the Germany stand page.
Which stand type for Berlin

Frequently asked
- Do you build at the fair venues in Berlin?
- Yes: Messe Berlin. Hall rules vary by fair; we submit the technical file to the organiser.
- When should a stand for Berlin be ordered?
- At least eight weeks before the fair for a custom timber stand, four weeks for a maxima system stand; for builds abroad we add a week for freight and customs.
- What determines the price?
- Floor area, stand type, number of open sides, height, fittings and venue rules. The quote lists the scope item by item; we take a brief before quoting.
- Many devices will run on the stand. Who plans the electrics?
- We do. You give us the number of devices and screens and the power rating of each; we calculate the load, enter it into the organiser's system and draw the sockets and cable ducts into the furniture. At build-up every device is switched on and handed over working.
- When does the truck leave for Berlin?
- Road freight leaves Beylikdüzü one week before the fair; that margin covers customs and the hall delivery slots. If you want your products on the same truck we add their list to the carnet.
- Who deals with customs and the ATA Carnet?
- We do. The parts list of the stand goes on the carnet and we follow the procedure at the Turkish exit and the German entry. After the fair the stand returns on the same carnet; there is nothing for you to prepare.
- Is the build-up done by your own crew, and is language a problem?
- Build-up and dismantling are done by the crew that produced the stand; our Aachen office provides support on the German side. We walk the stand with you the day before opening and hand it over in writing.
