Technology trade fair stands
On a technology stand the visitor wants to pick the product up and try it: the screen, the app, the device. We build the stand around the demo station. Each station gets a socket, a hidden cable duct, light that does not reflect in the screen and room for two people to stand side by side in front of the product. The brand wall is high enough to be read from the aisle; the product is at a height where a hand reaches it. That order does not change on a small plot.
What we do for you at technology fairs
We draw the stand, produce it in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it in the hall with our own crew and take it down when the fair closes. Power and data needs are worked out from your device list; the number of screens, charging points and any internet connection go into the technical file and we request them from the hall management. Screen mounting, graphics and print, lighting and furniture are ours. Your devices arrive on the last build day, with the stations ready for them.
A technology product is often shown at another sector's fair: a smart collar at a pet fair, a sensor at an industrial fair, a tracking device at a medical fair. Visitors in that hall did not come for technology, so we draw one moving screen that explains what the product does at a glance from a distance and a hands-on point next to it. If you show software, the large screen goes into the middle of the graphic wall and the live demo onto the table.
Which fairs we work at
In 2026 we built the 12 square metre maxima stand for Evafone at Petzoo Eurasia at CNR Expo Istanbul; the photograph is on its project page. For consumer electronics we work at IFA Berlin in Germany, for industrial technology at HANNOVER MESSE and at the Industry 4.0 Fair in Istanbul. Which stand type for a technology stand
- Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, 1–3 days to build in the hall. The Evafone stand was this system; the screen and demo table fix to the grid and the graphics come as printed panels.
- Portable stand: 4–20 square metres, built in a day. For congresses and small fair plots where you bring one product.
- Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, 2–5 days. When you want recessed screens, lit product niches and a closed meeting room.
How we work
Send the fair name and dates, your floor area, the number of open sides and a list of the devices and screens you will show; we reply within 48 hours. The first concept is free and three-dimensional; the written budget frame has three options with the scope listed item by item. Starting 8 weeks before the fair gives a comfortable schedule; for jobs that start later we run an accelerated programme. At 1 week we run the trial assembly in the workshop with the screens mounted. - Does a demo stand fit on 12 square metres?
- It does; the Evafone stand was exactly that size. On a plot like that we usually plan a demo table, a screen, a brand wall and a small cupboard, with the cable duct inside the table and the socket underneath it.
- Do you supply the screens?
- If you send the screens we mount them; if you want us to supply them we write it into the scope. Either way the bracket and the cable route are produced as part of the stand.
- Who arranges internet and power?
- We do. The requirement goes into the technical file, we obtain the connection from the hall management and follow it to the stand. Your team connects the devices.
- Our products are small and valuable. Are they safe on the stand?
- We draw a lockable cupboard and a display case that closes overnight; hall security is the responsibility of the organiser. If you take valuable product away every evening we make the case easy to open for that.
