Exhibition stands at Venetian Expo

Las Vegas is a long way off, the fair calendar is tight and the stand travels once. So the work going to Venetian Expo is finished in Istanbul: we produce the stand in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, run the trial assembly and the lighting test there, number the parts and send them on their way. When we enter the hall in America the job is assembly. For firearms and hunting equipment makers exhibiting at SHOT Show we draw on the stand we built at IWA OutdoorClassics in Europe.

Building at Venetian Expo: our experience

Venetian Expo is the Las Vegas venue of SHOT Show. We have no published project at this venue yet; in the same sector, however, we built a 60 square metre maxima stand for Ağaoğlu Silah in Nuremberg in 2025; on firearms stands we solve lockable display cases, a solid wall fixing and a counter where the product is handled inside the maxima grid. Other stands in the firearms sector are on the industry page.

We do not invent hall rules for an American venue. Build and dismantling hours, local labour conditions, rigging and power requests are followed from the organiser’s technical file, and the correspondence with the hall management is ours. Our Las Vegas page has the city’s fair calendar and our working timeline; the United States page describes freight and customs for the country as a whole.

Freight, customs and local support

The stand leaves Turkey under ATA Carnet and returns on the same carnet after the fair; the item list is prepared in the workshop. Freight to the United States takes longer than to Europe, so we add extra weeks to the calendar, which is why we ask to start 8 weeks before the opening. How the freight is planned is on the exhibition logistics page, and our international exhibition stand page covers our builds in 10 countries.

Trade fairs at this venue and the stand type

Our calendar for Venetian Expo has SHOT Show, 19–22 January 2027. The fair page carries the preparation timeline counted back from the opening.

For a stand (or booth, as it is called in the American market) going to Las Vegas our first suggestion is the maxima system: aluminium profile grid and printed panels, little room in the container, a short customs list, built in the hall in 1–3 days. Companies that want an uninterrupted surface specific to their brand get a custom timber build, produced and trial-assembled in the workshop and shipped in sections; 2–5 days in the hall. For a small plot and a single product a portable stand travels by air. Ask for a quote with the fair name, floor area and number of open sides; the first concept comes free within 48 hours.

Frequently asked

Who handles freight and customs to the United States?
We do. The stand leaves under ATA Carnet and returns on the same carnet. The item list is prepared in the workshop; the shipping date is counted back from the build day of the fair, with extra time in the calendar for overseas freight.
Who builds the stand in Las Vegas?
Our own crew travels from Istanbul. Hall build rules and local labour conditions are followed from the organiser’s technical file, and where local services are required we request them through that file. Dismantling is ours as well.
Do you build lockable display cases and secure fixings on a firearms stand?
Yes. On firearms stands we solve lockable cases and the wall fixing inside the maxima grid, and we draw the same solution for Venetian Expo. The rules for bringing the product into the hall are followed from the organiser’s file.
When should we start?
For an American fair at least 8 weeks before the opening; because freight takes longer than to Europe, earlier is welcome. If you come later we first tell you what can still be done, then run an accelerated programme.
