IWA OutdoorClassics exhibition stands
For a firearms manufacturer travelling from Turkey to IWA the biggest worry is not the stand but how it gets to Nuremberg and who builds it in the hall. We solve both: the stand is produced in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, sent to Germany by lorry under an ATA Carnet with customs handled by us, and built at Messezentrum Nürnberg by our own crew. When the fair closes we dismantle it and bring it back.
What we do for you at IWA OutdoorClassics
The fair takes place at Messezentrum Nürnberg. Our Aachen office handles the German-language correspondence with the hall management, the crew access and the on-site support. The technical file, the electricity and rigging applications, the graphics and the print are ours. We follow the fair's rules on displaying firearms and ammunition; display case locks, product fixing brackets and the back structure are produced accordingly.
Two things matter on a firearms stand: showing the product securely but within reach, and a closed conversation with the buyer. We combine a lockable, internally lit display case for rifles and pistols with an open display wall where a visitor can pick a gun up and shoulder it. A meeting room with a closing door sits at the back, a catalogue and sample table at the front.
Stands we have built at this fair
In 2025 we built the 60 square metre maxima stand for Ağaoğlu Silah. The stand was produced in our Beylikdüzü workshop, its freight and customs to Nuremberg were handled by us, and our own crew built it at Messezentrum Nürnberg. Which stand type
- Maxima system: 12 to 200 square metres, built in the hall in 1–3 days. It takes little lorry space and goes up fast, which is why it is our first recommendation for German fairs; the Ağaoğlu Silah stand is this type.
- Custom timber build: 20 to 500 square metres, built in 2–5 days. For uninterrupted surfaces and walls painted in your brand colour.
- Island and corner stands: from 36 square metres, with the display wall on the open sides and the meeting room in the middle.
Timeline
IWA OutdoorClassics runs from 4 to 7 March 2027. For a fair abroad we set aside a week for freight, so the calendar moves forward a little: the brief, the 3D visual and the budget on 7 January; design approval and the technical file to Nuremberg on 21 January; workshop production and print files on 4 February; the trial assembly, lighting test and loading of the lorry on 25 February. Build in the hall during fair week, the handover walk on 3 March and dismantling on the evening of 7 March. - When and where is IWA OutdoorClassics 2027?
- IWA OutdoorClassics 2027 takes place 4–7 March 2027 at Messezentrum Nürnberg (Nuremberg). Dates come from the organiser’s official site; this page is updated if they change.
- When should a stand for IWA OutdoorClassics 2027 be ordered?
- Starting by 7 January 2027 for a custom timber stand, or around 4 February 2027 for a maxima system stand, gives a comfortable schedule. For later starts we first tell you what can still be done.

- What should we send for a quote?
- The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.
- Who handles the freight and customs?
- We do. The stand and the display furniture leave under an ATA Carnet, travel to Nuremberg by lorry and come back on the same carnet after the fair. The export and temporary import papers for the products you exhibit remain your responsibility; we list together which document has to be ready when. Details are on the exhibition logistics page.
- Do we have to show the guns in locked cases?
- We follow the display rules of the fair and the hall and apply them in the technical file. Lockable cases and fixing brackets are produced in our workshop; the fixing solution for the open display wall is shown in the quote.
- Who builds the stand in Germany?
- Our own crew travelling from Turkey; our Aachen office provides on-site support and handles the German correspondence with the hall management. The stand leaves the workshop after a trial assembly and stands in the hall within 1–3 days.
- What are the hall's height and rigging rules?
- We follow the regulations of Messezentrum Nürnberg for you; the height limit, the rigging and the electricity application are prepared in the technical file by us. We pass the approval on when it arrives.
