When should a stand for FACHPACK 2027 be ordered?

Starting by 27 July 2027 for a custom timber stand, or around 24 August 2027 for a maxima system stand, gives a comfortable schedule. For later starts we first tell you what can still be done.

What should we send for a quote?

The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.

We want to show a packaging machine running. Will it fit on the stand?

It will. We take the weight, the dimensions and the power requirement at the quote stage; we confirm the floor load with the hall management and add the three-phase electricity and compressed air applications to the technical file.

Who handles the freight and customs?

We do. The stand leaves under an ATA Carnet, travels to Nuremberg by lorry and returns to Turkey on the same carnet after the fair. The papers for your samples stay on your side, and we list together which document has to be ready when.

Who builds the stand in Germany?

Our own crew travelling from Turkey, with on-site support from our Aachen office. The stand leaves the workshop after a trial assembly and test, and stands in the hall within 1–3 days. The day before opening we walk it together and hand it over with a written guarantee.

What are the hall's height and rigging rules?

We follow the regulations of Messezentrum Nürnberg for you; the height limit, the rigging and the electricity application are prepared in the technical file by us. We pass the approval on when it arrives.

FACHPACK exhibition stands

For a packaging producer travelling from Turkey to FACHPACK the stand has two jobs: the sample must be held in the hand and the machine must be seen running. We solve both on one plan: a sample wall with drawers at the front, a machine platform in the middle, a meeting room with a closing door at the back. The stand is produced in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, sent to Nuremberg by lorry under an ATA Carnet with customs handled by us, and built at Messezentrum Nürnberg by our own crew.

What we do for you at FACHPACK

The fair takes place at Messezentrum Nürnberg. Our Aachen office handles the German-language correspondence with the hall management and the on-site support. The technical file, the electricity and rigging applications, the graphics and the print are ours; if you are running a machine we also file the three-phase electricity and compressed air applications.

On a packaging stand the product is light but very varied; flexible film rolls, cartons, bottles and closures sit side by side on the same wall. Each product group gets its own shelf depth and a readable header panel. So that printed packaging shows its true colours, the sample wall gets lighting close to daylight, tested with your samples during the trial assembly. For companies showing a machine we draw the platform to the floor load and leave space around it in the plan for visitors to stand and watch.

Our FACHPACK project is not yet published on the site. In the same halls we built the 60 square metre maxima stand for Ağaoğlu Silah in 2025; freight, customs and the build for Nuremberg were ours on that job as well. Which stand type

Maxima system: 12 to 200 square metres, built in the hall in 1–3 days. Our first recommendation for stands travelling to Germany by lorry.
Custom timber build: 20 to 500 square metres, built in 2–5 days. For painted surfaces in your brand colour and shelving made to your product dimensions.
Island and corner stands: from 36 square metres, with the machine on the open side and the sample wall on the back wall.

Timeline

FACHPACK runs from 21 to 23 September 2027. Because we set aside a week for freight, the calendar moves forward: the brief, the 3D visual and the budget on 27 July; design approval and the technical file to Nuremberg on 10 August; workshop production and print files on 24 August; the trial assembly, lighting test and loading of the lorry on 14 September. Build in the hall during fair week, the handover walk on 20 September and dismantling on the evening of 23 September. Put your floor area and the dimensions of your machine into the quote form; we reply within 48 hours.
