Playground Equipment trade fair stands
Playground equipment cannot be shown at a smaller scale. The climbing tower, the slide and the swing arrive in the hall at full size and visitors climb on them. So we draw the stand around the equipment: the footprint and height of your product go onto the plan first, then the walls, the meeting corner and the graphics fit into the space that is left. The floor is usually your own rubber surfacing; we level what is underneath it and finish its edges into the stand floor.
What we do for you at playground fairs
We draw the stand, produce it in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it in the hall with our own crew and take it down when the fair closes. Assembly of your equipment is scheduled on the same day as our build: heavy parts come onto the stand by forklift on day one and are fixed in place, and from day two the stand closes around them. The technical file for the hall management, the graphics and print are ours; the height and weight of the equipment go into that technical file. At German fairs we run the freight, the ATA Carnet and customs, and our Aachen office gives local support on the German side.
Municipal and landscape buyers in this sector ask for certificates and material detail. We put a cut section next to the product and a quiet meeting table for the technical file, and we keep the busy trial area and the meeting area apart from each other.
Which playground fairs we work at
The European meeting of the sector is FSB Cologne, 26–29 October 2027 at Koelnmesse. Which stand type for a playground stand
- Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, 2–5 days to build in the hall. The Cemer stand was this type; being free to draw walls and platforms at any dimension around the equipment makes it our first choice here.
- Island and corner stands: 36–800 square metres, 3–6 days. On a plot open on all sides the equipment goes in the middle and the meeting area and graphics move to the corners.
- Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, 1–3 days. Our suggestion when you bring a single product and the calendar is short.
How we work
Send the fair name and dates, your floor area, the number of open sides and the dimensions of the equipment you will bring; we reply within 48 hours. The first concept is free and three-dimensional; the written budget frame has three options with the scope listed item by item. A comfortable schedule starts 8 weeks before the fair: design approval and technical file at 6 weeks, workshop production at 4 weeks, trial assembly in the workshop at 1 week. Frequently asked
- Our equipment is over 4 metres tall. Will the hall allow it?
- Every hall has its own height limit. We declare the product height in the technical file and, where needed, obtain written approval from the hall management. We draw the product height to that limit and show anything above it with a shortened body.
- Can children use the equipment on the stand, and who is responsible for safety?
- Fixing the equipment and the floor under it is our job; usage rules and supervision are yours. We prepare the anchor points in the stand platform and your assembly team bolts the product to them.
- Do you lay our rubber surfacing on the stand?
- You send the flooring, we level the base and lay it. We need the thickness of the surfacing at the start, because the platform height is drawn to it.
- Who handles the freight to Cologne?
- We do. The stand and your equipment leave Beylikdüzü together, and we run the ATA Carnet and customs. Vehicle type and loading order for heavy equipment are planned the way we describe on the exhibition logistics page.
