Exhibition stands at Messezentrum Nürnberg
A stand going to Nuremberg is finished in Istanbul; when we enter the hall we carry numbered parts, printed panels and a build plan. That is exactly how the 60 square metre maxima stand for Ağaoğlu Silah at IWA OutdoorClassics travelled. For a company exhibiting at Messezentrum Nürnberg we take on the freight, the ATA Carnet, customs and the correspondence with the hall management; you arrive with your products.
Building at Messezentrum Nürnberg: our experience
In 2025 we built a 60 square metre maxima stand for Ağaoğlu Silah at IWA OutdoorClassics. A stand showing firearms and hunting equipment needs lockable display cases, a solid wall fixing for the product and a counter where the visitor can handle it; on this kind of job we solve all of that inside the maxima grid, and the build is done by our own crew as everywhere else. Hall rules, build and dismantling hours, height and rigging permits come from the organiser’s technical file, and because we know when that file closes at a German fair the calendar is planned around it. Trade fairs at this venue
- IWA OutdoorClassics, 4–7 March 2027. Hunting, shooting and outdoor; our Ağaoğlu Silah stand comes from this fair, and our lockable display solution for firearms stands applies here.
- European Coatings Show, 27–29 April 2027. For coating raw materials the stand is built around sample shelving and meeting tables.

Each fair page carries a preparation timeline counted back from the opening. Because freight and customs add time, for German fairs we suggest starting 8 weeks before the opening.
Which stand type
For work going to Nuremberg our first suggestion is the maxima system: aluminium profile grid and printed panels, used for plots from 12 to 200 square metres, built in the hall in 1–3 days. Companies that want an uninterrupted surface specific to their brand get a custom timber build, produced and trial-assembled in the workshop and shipped in sections; 2–5 days in the hall. For companies exhibiting inside a national participation we draw a pavilion stand that carries the shared identity and the company’s own at the same time. Put the fair name, floor area and number of open sides in the quote form; the first concept arrives free within 48 hours.

Frequently asked
- Who handles freight and customs to Nuremberg?
- We do. The stand leaves Turkey under ATA Carnet and returns on the same carnet after the fair. The item list is prepared in the workshop and the lorry is brought to the hall gate in the slot given by the hall management.
- Who builds and dismantles the stand?
- Our own crew travels from Istanbul, with local support from our Aachen office on the German side. On the closing evening we dismantle the stand as well; you collect your products and leave.
- Can you display products that must stay under lock, such as firearms?
- Yes. On firearms stands we solve lockable display cases and a solid wall fixing inside the maxima grid. The rules for bringing such products into the hall are followed from the organiser’s file, and the display cases and counter are drawn to those rules.
- What should we send for a quote?
- The fair name and dates, the floor area, the number of open sides and the organiser’s plot plan if you have it. Add a list of the products you will show and their weight and we draw the structure accordingly; the first concept is free of charge.
