When should a stand for Intermob 2026 be ordered?

Starting by 23 July 2026 for a custom timber stand, or around 20 August 2026 for a maxima system stand, gives a comfortable schedule. For later starts we first tell you what can still be done.

What should we send for a quote?

The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.

Do you build working showcases that visitors can open and close?

We do. Runner, hinge and handle samples are mounted on real doors and drawers, and the showcase is built with a carcass that stands up to a full day of opening and closing.

What lighting do you use for panel and veneer decors?

We draw lighting close to daylight that does not shift the colour of the decors. We suggest running the lighting test at the workshop trial assembly with your own samples.

What is needed for height and hanging signs at Tüyap?

Height and suspended loads need approval from the hall management; we prepare the technical file and obtain the approval. If you want a tall totem we start the approval process early.

Who builds and dismantles the stand?

Our own crew; 2–5 days for a timber stand, 1–3 for a maxima system. We dismantle on the closing evening as well, pack your samples and hand them back.

Intermob exhibition stands

What is sold at Intermob is not the furniture but the part that makes it furniture: the hinge, the runner, the handle, the panel, the edgeband, the fabric. Visitors want to take those parts in hand and open and close them. We draw the stand for that: working showcases that can be tried by hand, a wall where door samples are mounted on a real cabinet carcass, a surface where panel decors sit side by side. Production is in our workshop in Beylikdüzü; build and dismantling at Tüyap are done by our own crew.

What we do for you at Intermob

We take your floor area and product groups and draw a three-dimensional concept; after approval we send the technical file to the hall management at Tüyap Fair and Congress Center. Showcases, the sample wall and the meeting area are produced in the workshop and go through a trial assembly. Graphics and print are ours.

At this fair the surface quality of the stand is judged as closely as the product, because your visitors read surfaces for a living. On a timber stand we build uninterrupted lacquered or veneered surfaces with no visible joints. For fabric and leather we draw hanging sample boards; for panel producers we draw lighting close to daylight so the decors read in their true colour. A lockable room behind the counter holds catalogues and sample stock for handing out.

Stands we have built at this fair

On the furniture side we built the 28 square metre custom timber stand for Doqu Home at imm cologne in 2023; on a small plot we favour a timber build for its uninterrupted surfaces. In the same halls at Tüyap we built a 72 square metre timber stand for Karadağ İplik at Iplik Istanbul in 2025. Which stand type

Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, built in 2–5 days; our first suggestion at this fair because of surface quality.
Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, 1–3 days; printed panels and showcases when the calendar is tight or the plot is small.
Island and corner stands: on open plots above 36 square metres the sample wall faces the aisle.

Timeline

This year's fair runs 17–20 September 2026, a little over two weeks away. Work coming in now can only run on an accelerated programme: design approval straight away, workshop production right after, trial assembly in the workshop on 10 September, build in the hall during fair week, a walk-through on 16 September, dismantling on the evening of 20 September. For next year's edition the comfortable programme starts 8 weeks before the fair with the brief, design approval at 6 weeks, workshop production at 4 weeks and trial assembly at 1 week.
