Valves trade fair stands

General view of the Tekno Vals stand at the fair 2022 in Hanover: a 35 sqm maxima system build.

On a valve stand the product is heavy, the range is wide and the visitor wants to see the section. We build for that: floor-standing steel trestles for large-bore valves, a product wall at eye level for the smaller sizes, a rotating plinth for the cut sample. Under every product the bore, pressure class and material are printed legibly, because the buyer compares against a specification without waiting for a sales engineer.

What we do for you at valve fairs

We draw the stand, produce it in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it in the hall with our own crew and take it down when the fair closes. Fixing points on the product wall are calculated to the valve weights and the back structure is reinforced; heavy product loads the floor, not the wall. The technical file for the hall management, graphics and print, and lighting are ours. For fairs abroad we run the freight, the ATA Carnet and customs, and in Germany our Aachen office gives local support on the German side.

If you show actuated product we write the power and, where needed, the compressed air circuit into the technical file; one valve that moves stops more people than ten that stand still. Brass and stainless surfaces are lit from the side so they do not glare and the section stays readable.

Which fairs we work at

The main meeting of the sector is HANNOVER MESSE at Deutsche Messe Hanover, where we built the 35 square metre maxima stand for Tekno Vals in 2022. At the same fair in 2025 we built the 36 square metre maxima stand for Genç Bombe, also a maxima stand at the same venue. Pipe and valve producers exhibit together at wire & Tube Düsseldorf, next on 3–7 April 2028; our work at that fair is on the pipes and tubes page. In Turkey we work at Tüyap for WIN EURASIA.

Which stand type for a valve stand

  • Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, 1–3 days to build in the hall. The Tekno Vals stand was this system; we make the product wall as a timber panel and fix it to the aluminium grid.
  • Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, 2–5 days. When you bring many heavy products and want uninterrupted surfaces and a shelf layout drawn for your range.
  • Island and corner stands: 36–800 square metres, 3–6 days. Large-bore valves in the centre, the product wall facing the aisle.

How we work

Send the fair name and dates, your floor area, the number of open sides and the list of products you will bring with their weights; we reply within 48 hours. The first concept is free and comes as a three-dimensional visual; the written budget frame has three options with the scope listed item by item. Starting 8 weeks before the fair gives a comfortable schedule: design approval and technical file at 6 weeks, workshop production at 4 weeks, trial assembly and lighting test in the workshop at 1 week. Our stand types: size and on-site build time

We produce all of them in our own workshop. The size range and on-site build time come from our recorded projects; if you are undecided we draw two types for the same floor area and show them side by side.

Frequently asked

Can you hang a large-bore valve on the wall?
Up to a certain weight, on a reinforced wall; above that we draw a floor-standing steel trestle. Send the product list with weights and the concept shows which product goes where.
How do you display the cut section?
On a rotating plinth, lit from the side, at eye level. Next to it a printed panel names the internal parts.
Can we operate an actuated valve on the stand?
Yes. We declare the power and, where needed, the air connection in the technical file and obtain the circuit from the hall management. Your technicians make the connection on the last build day.
Who takes the products to Hanover, and what happens after the show?
The stand and the products leave Beylikdüzü together; the ATA Carnet and customs are ours. When the fair closes we unload your products first, dismantle the stand and plan the return load.
