Anuga exhibition stands
At Anuga the buyer tastes the product, and the tasting counter is the hardest-working part of the stand. So we start the plan there: a tasting counter facing the aisle, a refrigerated display and a washable floor behind it, a closed preparation corner where the product is kept, and a room with a closing door for sitting down with the buyer. The stand is produced in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, sent to Cologne by lorry under an ATA Carnet with customs handled by us, and built at Koelnmesse by our own crew.
What we do for you at Anuga
The fair takes place at Koelnmesse, which has 11 halls and 284,000 square metres of covered space. Our Aachen office is close to Cologne; the German-language correspondence with the hall management, the crew access and the on-site support are run from there. The technical file, the electricity, water and rigging applications, the graphics and the print are ours; freight is part of our exhibition logistics service.
On a food stand hygiene rules and the cold chain shape the design. A water connection and a sink go behind the tasting counter, a separate power line feeds the refrigerated display, and the preparation corner gets washable surfaces and a door. So that packaging colours look right we choose a display light that is not warm and test it with your product during the trial assembly at the workshop.

Our Anuga project is not yet published on the site. In the same halls we work at Anuga FoodTec, the food machinery fair, and at imm cologne; our freight and build routine for Cologne comes from there. Which stand type
- Custom timber build: 20 to 500 square metres, built in 2–5 days. The right type for a tasting counter, a sink and a washable floor; our first recommendation at Anuga.
- Maxima system: 12 to 200 square metres, built in 1–3 days. Our choice for small plots and tight calendars, with the counter produced separately.
- Country pavilion: from 100 square metres, built in 4–10 days. For producers exhibiting together we build one pavilion with a shared kitchen and tasting area.
Timeline
Anuga runs from 9 to 13 October 2027. Because we set aside a week for freight, the calendar moves forward: the brief, the 3D visual and the budget on 14 August; design approval and the technical file to Cologne on 28 August; workshop production and print files on 11 September; the trial assembly, lighting test and loading of the lorry on 2 October. Build in the hall during fair week, the handover walk on 8 October and dismantling on the evening of 13 October. Put your floor area and the number of products to be tasted into the quote form; we reply within 48 hours.

Frequently asked
- When and where is Anuga 2027?
- Anuga 2027 takes place 9–13 October 2027 at Koelnmesse (Cologne). Dates come from the organiser’s official site; this page is updated if they change.
- When should a stand for Anuga 2027 be ordered?
- Starting by 14 August 2027 for a custom timber stand, or around 11 September 2027 for a maxima system stand, gives a comfortable schedule. For later starts we first tell you what can still be done.
- What should we send for a quote?
- The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.
- Can you provide water and refrigeration on the stand?
- Yes. We file the water and waste water connection and a separate power line for the refrigerated display in the technical file; the sink and the counter are produced in our workshop. If you bring your own refrigerator we take its dimensions and power rating at the quote stage.
- Who handles the freight and customs?
- We do. The stand leaves under an ATA Carnet, travels to Cologne by lorry and returns to Turkey on the same carnet after the fair. The papers for your food samples stay on your side, and we list together which document has to be ready when.
- Who builds the stand in Germany?
- Our own crew travelling from Turkey; with the Aachen office close to Cologne, on-site support is quick. A custom timber build takes 2–5 days in the hall; the day before opening we walk it together and hand it over with a written guarantee.
- What are Koelnmesse's hygiene and tasting rules?
- We follow the hall regulations for you. Requirements such as washable surfaces, a sink and waste water are drawn into the technical file by us, and we prepare the application for food samples together with you.
