Anuga FoodTec exhibition stands
A machinery manufacturer at Anuga FoodTec wants the machine running on the stand; a machine standing still stops nobody. So we start the plan from the machine: a platform drawn to the floor load, three-phase power and, where needed, water and compressed air, and space around it for visitors to stand and watch. The stand is produced in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, sent to Cologne by lorry under an ATA Carnet with customs handled by us, and built at Koelnmesse by our own crew.
What we do for you at Anuga FoodTec
The fair takes place at Koelnmesse, which has 11 halls and 284,000 square metres of covered space. Our Aachen office is close to Cologne; the German-language correspondence with the hall management, the crew access and the on-site support are run from there. The technical file, the electricity, water and rigging applications, the graphics and the print are ours; freight is part of our exhibition logistics service.
On a food machinery stand there is a lot of stainless steel; polished steel reflects the hall lighting and burns out white in photographs. We position the spots at an angle that controls the reflection and check it in the lighting test at the workshop. A meeting room with a closing door at the back and a table wide enough to open a technical drawing; a kitchen and a lockable cupboard go into the plan for a four-day fair.

Our Anuga FoodTec project is not yet published on the site. In the same halls we work at Anuga and interzum; our freight and build routine for Cologne comes from there. On the machinery side we also build stands for Gulfood Manufacturing in Dubai, and our food and beverage and machinery and industry pages list our work with heavy product.
Which stand type
- Maxima system: 12 to 200 square metres, built in the hall in 1–3 days. A machinery stand has little wall and a lot of floor; our first recommendation for stands going by lorry.
- Custom timber build: 20 to 500 square metres, built in 2–5 days. The route when a closed meeting room and uninterrupted surfaces are wanted.
- Island and corner stands: from 36 square metres, with the machine on the open side and the meeting room at the back.
Timeline
Anuga FoodTec runs from 23 to 26 February 2027. The calendar collides with the Christmas break, so we want the brief before the holidays: the brief, the 3D visual and the budget by 29 December; design approval and the technical file to Cologne on 12 January; workshop production and print files on 26 January; the trial assembly, lighting test and loading of the lorry on 16 February. Build in the hall during fair week, the handover walk on 22 February and dismantling on the evening of 26 February. Put your floor area and the weight of your machine into the quote form; we reply within 48 hours.

- Anuga FoodTec 2027 takes place 23–26 February 2027 at Koelnmesse (Cologne). Dates come from the organiser’s official site; this page is updated if they change.
- When should a stand for Anuga FoodTec 2027 be ordered?
- Starting by 29 December 2026 for a custom timber stand, or around 26 January 2027 for a maxima system stand, gives a comfortable schedule. For later starts we first tell you what can still be done.
- What should we send for a quote?
- The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.
- We want to run a machine on the stand. What does it need?
- Send us the weight, the dimensions, the power requirement and whether water or compressed air is needed. We confirm the floor load with the hall management, add the applications to the technical file and produce the platform in our workshop.
- Do you transport our machine together with the stand?
- The stand travels on our lorry under an ATA Carnet. Depending on its weight, the machine is planned on the same lorry or on a separate vehicle; the quote sets out both options. The papers for the machine stay on your side.
- Who builds the stand in Germany?
- Our own crew travelling from Turkey; with the Aachen office close to Cologne, on-site support is quick. The stand leaves the workshop after a trial assembly and test, and stands in the hall within 1–3 days.
- What are the height, rigging and floor load rules at Koelnmesse?
- We follow the hall regulations for you; the height limit, the ceiling rigging, the electricity and the floor load applications are prepared in the technical file by us. We pass the approval on when it arrives.
