Mining trade fair stands

Overall view of the Er Bakır stand at Interwire 2025, with a dark grey structural frame, timber-clad columns and rows of ceiling spotlights.

On a mining stand the product is ore, ingot, wire rod or coil: all of it heavy, most of it raw, with surfaces that swallow light. We draw the stand to show that material. Floor-standing steel plinths for the samples, lit glass niches for ore, a load-spreading platform for coil. Buyers ask for the assay certificate and the production capacity, so a closed meeting corner sits next to the product.

What we do for you at mining fairs

We draw the stand, produce it in our own workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it in the hall with our own crew and take it down when the fair closes. Getting heavy samples into the hall is written into our build schedule; the entry slot and the floor load go into the technical file, and the correspondence with the hall management is ours. Graphics and print, lighting and furniture come with the stand. For fairs abroad we run the freight, the ATA Carnet and customs, and for transatlantic jobs the shipping time goes into the calendar from the start.

Mining and metal products look alike from a distance. We print the type, purity and dimensions in large type right next to the sample so nobody has to bend down to read them. For warm-toned metals such as copper and brass we keep the light close to white, so the true colour of the product shows.

Which fairs we work at

In 2025 we built the 54 square metre custom timber stand for Er Bakır at Interwire in Atlanta: produced in Beylikdüzü, shipped to the United States, with customs and the build on site handled by us. On the metallurgy side we work at ANKIROS in Istanbul; wire & Tube Düsseldorf is next on 3–7 April 2028 and our work there is on the pipes and tubes page. Stands built for aluminium and metal processing producers are on their own pages.

Which stand type for a mining stand

  • Custom timber build: 20–500 square metres, 2–5 days to build in the hall. The Er Bakır stand was this type; in this type the sample niches, plinth and closed meeting corner are produced as one body.
  • Maxima system: 12–200 square metres, 1–3 days. For fairs where you bring a few samples on a short calendar; the plinth is made separately in steel.
  • Island and corner stands: 36–800 square metres, 3–6 days. To put a large coil or ingot in the centre and make it approachable from all four sides.

How we work

Send the fair name and dates, your floor area, the number of open sides and the weights of the samples you will bring; we reply within 48 hours. The first concept is free and comes as a three-dimensional visual; the written budget frame has three options with the scope listed item by item. For fairs in Turkey, starting 8 weeks ahead is enough; for distant fairs such as the United States we start earlier to cover shipping, and we give you that date in the first conversation. Our stand types: size and on-site build time

We produce all of them in our own workshop. The size range and on-site build time come from our recorded projects; if you are undecided we draw two types for the same floor area and show them side by side.

Frequently asked

How do you get the stand to a fair in the United States?
We produce the stand in Beylikdüzü, put it through a trial assembly, then send it on its way; freight, customs and delivery to the hall are ours. The Er Bakır stand went to Interwire Atlanta this way. The sequence is on the international exhibition stand page.
Is the floor load a problem for heavy ingots and coil?
All we need is the weight. We pass it to the hall management through the technical file and, where needed, draw steel plates or a platform that spreads the load.
How do you display ore samples?
In glazed, internally lit niches at eye level, with the type and purity printed underneath. Samples meant to be handled go on an open shelf, valuable ones into a lockable case.
Who builds and dismantles the stand?
Our own crew, abroad as well. When the fair closes we unload your samples first, dismantle the stand and plan the return load.
