What should we send for a quote?

The fair name and dates (filled in from this page), your floor area and number of open sides, plus a floor plan and reference images if you have them. The first concept and a written budget frame arrive within a few working days; the concept is free of charge.

Can you hang heavy facade panels and large-format tiles on the stand?

Yes. The sample wall is fixed to a steel-reinforced back structure and the weight is calculated in the first step of the design. Doors and windows are mounted in their own frames so they open and close; flooring products are laid as the real floor of the stand.

What are the height limit and rigging rules at Tüyap?

They are set out in the hall management's technical file for each fair. We follow that file and, where a tall structure or ceiling rigging is needed, obtain the approval on your behalf.

Who builds the stand, and when do the samples go in?

Our own crew builds and dismantles it. The delivery slot for your samples goes into the build plan and we arrange any forklift need with the hall management. We walk the stand together the day before opening and hand it over with a written guarantee.

What if we need water and power connections?

Just tell us. We run the technical file correspondence with the hall management for wet-room and lighting connections, and mark the connection points on the stand plan.

Yapı – Turkeybuild Istanbul exhibition stands

The samples you bring to Turkeybuild are heavy: facade panels, tiles, doors, insulation boards. Our stand is drawn to carry that weight, with steel reinforcement behind the wall, a platform whose load has been calculated and doors and windows mounted in their own frames so they open and close. Our workshop and Tüyap are both in Beylikdüzü, so in build week we go between hall and workshop within the day.

What we do for you at Turkeybuild

We draw the stand, produce it in our workshop in Beylikdüzü, build it at Tüyap with our own crew and dismantle it at the close. The technical file for the hall management, the electricity and rigging applications, the graphics and the print are ours.

At this fair the first step of the design is the weight list. We ask at quote stage which sample goes on which wall and what goes on the floor, and draw the structure to match. If you produce flooring, your product is laid as the real floor of the stand. A water connection for wet-room products and a separate circuit for lighting products go into the plan from the start. A meeting table wide enough to open a drawing with an architect, and a closed room behind it, are on almost every stand we build here.

Stands we have built at this fair

We do not yet have a published Turkeybuild project. In the same halls, the 100 square metre custom timber stand we built for Yeniler Etiket in 2025 shows our surface and joinery quality. For building product manufacturers we have sector pages for building materials, building and construction. For customers exhibiting abroad we work with freight and customs included at BAU in Munich and Big 5 Global in Dubai.

Which stand type

Custom timber build: for heavy sample fixings and seamless surfaces; produced in the workshop, built at Tüyap in 2–5 days.
Maxima system: for short lead times; printed panels on an aluminium grid with a timber sample wall added, built in 1–3 days.
Island and corner stands: the sample wall faces the aisle, the meeting area sits behind.

Timeline for the 2027 edition

The fair runs 27–30 April 2027. We start 8 weeks out on 2 March 2027 with the brief, the 3D visual and the budget; design approval and technical file by 16 March; workshop production and print files by 30 March; trial assembly and lighting test in the workshop on 20 April; build at Tüyap in fair week, handover walk on 26 April and dismantling on the evening of 30 April. Where there are heavy samples we test the fixings with the real product at the trial assembly. For later starts we work out an accelerated programme.
